Aidan smiled as Kyo ran back into his arms. It felt right again. "I'm sorry for saying all of that and making you cry. I didn't mean any of it," he said he kissed him back and began to wipe his cheeks dry. "I want what's best for you, and I feel that you're best staying at my side." Sure, he was a little selfish about it since he probably wouldn't let Kyo go if he didn't like him in the same sense, but at least he got it out in words. "I'll always take you back. No matter what."

Meroka came out off the bush, in her human form clapping " bravo, bravo, i always love a good show" she said then giggled" claping her hands and brown dust twirling in between "here, this should erase those twisted confusing thought" she said blowing it on them, the dust erasing the effect of the other dusts "there... feeling and better?"

Kyo smiled and bit down on the heart shaped cookie he'd apparently been carrying this whole time. "good, because i can't live without you Mr.Birdie." he felt so safe in Aidan's arms and purred softly as he snuggled closer apparently unaware of everyone around the two of them, especially the neko girl who kept blowing multi-colored dust at them. "I love you Mr.Birdie." he whispered and let Aidan handle all his weight as he leaned into him. "Do you love me?" then as the brown dust reached him he blinked a few times before backing away from Aidan blushing. "I-I'm sosososososososososososososo sorry Mr.Birdie." he began to stammer as embarrassment flushed over him

"And I can't live without you either, Kyo," Aidan purred as he playfully ruffled his hair. He didn't care about the people around them, since his main focus was on Kyo. He looked up briefly to notice the girl, but didn't really care what her intentions were. "I do love you. Don't let anything make you think otherwise." That was when the brown powder drifted onto him. Aidan quickly back away as well, feeling quite embarrassed. He didn't remember anything! How'd he even end up hugging Kyo anyway? "Jeez, am I that old already? My memory is failing me." He rubbed his forehead slightly with a sigh. "I didn't mean to embarrass you if I did, Kyo. Whatever I was doing probably made you feel like that, though I don't remember any of it." He then glanced over to Meroka. "I guess. Why do you ask?"

Meroka sighed, she hated being ignored "because of my spells..."

Aidan's face was still a bit red at the mention of that. "Spells you say? Well, it's not nice to torment other people with them without their consent. But I don't really know anyone that would actually allow themselves to be tormented." He ended up shrugging. "You're a neko too, huh? Kyo's one too. Looks like you're not alone, buddy."

kyo rubbed his arm and playfully glared at meroka. "meanie girl." he mumbled as he stood up. gosh his head hurt. "why was Mr.Birdie hugging me?" he asked the other neko while he blushed brightly at the mention of it. He still had this warm fuzzy feeling that seemed to be dwindling. "and why are my eyes all wet and stuff?" he began to taste his own mouth then. "and why does my mouth taste differently?" he sighed and looked over at Aidan. "No, you didn't make me uncomfortable Mr.Birdie, I'm just really confused right now."

Boren smirked a bit. "im 17 ... at least in human years after birth ... who knows, it could have taken my mother years of pregnancy with me until i was finally developed enough to be born ... or until her body could no longer handle harvesting a species such as mine."

River glared at the boy. "fine then, I'll have you know that I'm over 168 years old although my body aged to were I'm technically speaking 25 years old." he knitted his eyebrows. "and if it took you that long to develop then your actually only seventeen since you've only been out of the womb for seventeen years." he stood and walked over to Boren and placed a hand on his shoulder. "unless you would prefer that I stop calling you a child and start calling you old man."
