You were put into a cage with a collar that prevents you to turn into a vampire a were wolf or a neko. Well when you get bought your owner will decide if you can use your power.

Master's side: Well you were walked around your house its all messy. So you decide yo get a Slave. YOu decide to take off their collars or not.

Sighing she gripped the collar around her neck, it was impossible to remove. But she still continued pulling at it, soon it cut into her neck with the effort. Great she thought almost happily. But she couldn't really be happy, she didn't feel the emotion.
