Rei gasped a fresh breath of air as the five minute swim finished. She new Sari was back safe already. Rei had stopped for a quick rest before she'd finished the swim. Dragging herself onto the beach and hurried over to where she heard several voices yelling. She recognized the voices were Carter, Kasume, and Sari. Peeking around the bend, she listening and shut her eyes tightly when her name came up. Thanking Sari for being such a good friend, she stepped out. "Okay, I don't know what's going on, but I want to know what's happening."

"He's fine." She told him, placing it on the desk. She laid a hand on Kasume's shoulder. "He'll be fine..." She told him again.

She smiled at Rei, then frowned, leaning into Kasume. "Kurai had a heart attack... He is stilll alive though...'

Rei stopped, ashamed of her stubbonr tone. "Ohhh....I-I'm so sorry," she murmured to Kasume. "I'm glad he's going to be okay, though. I want to meet him. I hear you two," Rei pointed at Sari and Kasume, "talking about him all the time. I'd like to know what that strange HQ is as well."

Kasume couldnt help but laugh. "were done with hq for a while now."

SAri tried not to jump when Rei said HQ. "You don't want to know what it is...trust me Rei...."

Rei raised her eyebrows at his laugh, unsure what was funny, but she continued the conversation. "That's good. I've only been there twice and I'm scared stiff of it. And I want to know what it is. Please Sari." She looked at Kasume and Carter, not Sari, knowing the two boys had something to do with it. Well, at least Kasume. But Carter was mysterious just like Kasume. She still wondered about him and their meeting. "You've saved me from there lots of times. And I know you're involved in something of this somehow. The least you could do is tell me how to help you."

Carter nodded and took his knife shoving it into his pocket,"Yeah it was so sudden." he said.

kasume ran a ahnd through his hair. "hq are places hunters call it home. family. a last resort, you name it. its filled with mermaid hunters." he said bluntly.

"Could we please just stop talking about that place?!" she nearly yelled. She put a hand to her head, and ran to her room. She was sick just thinking about it.
