Controlled: If she stares at anybody in the eye for a long enough period, she can play her mind and make them see crazy thoughts. If she has time, she can get deep enough into ones mind and make them to feel like they're actually living the dream and feeling the pain.
Working on: If somebody touches her bare skin, it can happen uncontrollably; and thus effecting her and the person who touched her.

Xey has long black hair that falls to the middle of her back with three parted bangs; the longest just folding over her nose. Her eyes are originally green, like her fathers but she wears piercing red contacts that enhance her visual powers more. She stands around 5'4" on a normal basis; 5'6" with her heels and weighs around 125lbs.

Whilst in hero clothing, her hair is always up in a big golden clip she got from her brother. She wears a plain black dress down to her middle thigh, with knee-high black socks. Upon knowing about her touchable powers, she wears long gloves that stop just above her elbows and breaks off into spikes.
Civillian Form:
Although it changes, and will be explained in first post upon trying it on- Xey generally wears big baggy hoodies (with the hood up) and golden gloves for safety. Her hair is also always down, and comes out from the sides of the big hood down to upper stomach area.

Personality:
Xey is a very 'basic' individual, if you will. She's not the most talkative, not even speaking expect when spoken to; even then it's not much. Since being with her father most of her life, she's learned a lot from him. She does get emotional easily but knows how to hide it to an extent. Trust is a very hard thing for Xey to learn, also. Learning about Jason's story, it's caused her to not let people in quickly or barely at all. Although she sounds like some moody teenage girl, she laughs very easily at pretty much everything.
History/Family:
Xey is the daughter of Jason Todd- the 2nd Robin; and an unknown women. During his older years, Jason has been with many random girls. One of them, whom he forgets the name of gave birth to his only child, Aelita. When Aelita was barely a year old, her mother sought out Jason and handed Aelita over to him. She told him that she couldn't deal with a child with a major defect. Although Jason did not want Aelita, he was strongly curious of what the 'defect' was, and kept her. Since then, she grew up with him.
When Aelita turned 7, her powers completely kicked in. Going through the first 3 years in paranoia of her dreams and thoughts, Jason knew he had to keep her. He trained her on how to be stealthy and how to use a gun. Once she was 12 she went on her first 'mission' with him; learning how he took down guys in Gotham and Blüdhaven for good.
Finally, at the age of 14; Aelita learned of Jason's past and met her adoptive grandfather and uncles-- which didn't go too well. Jason only let them meet when he heard about Bruce and Dick's young Justice League team and wanted Aelita to join. Not ready at such age, she continued to train with her father and adoptive aunt, Cassandra Cain. Training with Cass, she learned how to keep quiet and only speaking when spoken to, along with how to use a katana.
Now, she is 16 years of age and on her own, she seeks out the main charge of the young Justice League team to join.

"Oh," Zane said as he scrambled out from beneath Michelle to stand by Pysco with his shadows, "Nothing much. I expect you know Shadow's turned crazy?"

Hero Form:
When Maxis is on rooftops, scouting the area, he can be found in a grey hoodie and jeans to blend in with the cityscape... In style!

Civillian Form:
Maxis is not really the 'fashionable' figure, when out in the open obviously he needs to have basic clothing so he can blend in with the crowd. His simplistic clothing contains of a long sleeve white shirt and simplistic blue jeans

The Usual Villains (you fight):
Anything gets in the sights of his sniper rifle he will pull the trigger regardless who it is.

Personality:
Maxis is quite calm and collective, he needs to be if he is a sniper, but he is also quick to make decisions which may unfortunately cause problems since they were not properly thought through. An example of this is when he was still with The Mercenary, he needed to block off a point of entrance for police, instead of shooting down a tree, he saw a truck filled with oil. Not knowing about the size of the explosion he shot at it, hoping that a smoking wreck would stop the police. it destroyed two apartment buildings and he had no eyebrows for months.

History/Family:
He didn't remember his family all to well, all he really remembers is being with 'The Mercenary' at a young age. 'The Mercenary' is a worker for organized crime he trained up Maxis and turned him into the one known as 'The Sniper Angel'. Since 'The Mercnary' was an ex-Marine he trained Maxis how to shoot, but he learnt Parkour by himself. The day he left is mentor was 3 years ago, he had enough of the innocent bloodshed caused by him. There was a reward for whoever stopped 'The Mercenary', a reward of 20 million. He was sent to recon the rooftops around city hall. Once the coast was clear he told his master to set up the explosives. Before he placed the first charge, Maxis lined him up in is sights and pulled the trigger, thus stopping the madness and bloodshed of evil. He decided to continue this path, now becoming 'The Assasin of Light'.

Other than his trustworthy Sniper Rifle, he also carries the 'MP7' sub-machine gun for closer combat. Because he become a millionaire, he also has an assortment of equipment that, although being usefull, they have their downsides. The first of the equipment is the jet pack, with this he can fly, but it's downsides are that he can only use it three times before it needs to be refuled and also because of its weight he can't do Parkour. The second is urban camouflage, it makes him harder to see, but he cannot carry smoke and flash grenades. He also has 2 smoke grenades and 2 Flash grenades.
