Looking for a roleplay

Requirements:
Semi-Literate and above. You must require good spelling, grammar, and punctuation. I will not join a roleplay that allows any less than a full paragraph. (i.e. four sentences.)

Original Ideas: This isn't much of a requirement as it is a preference. You can take an old idea and put a twist on it and I'll like it. Still, I'd rather have a new idea than an old, twisted one.

Not purely romance. I will never join a pure romance roleplay.

I Will Join...

This is the stuff I will join, because I'm itching to get in one of these. I will also be willing to co-own one of these roleplays with someone else.

- Pokemon (as long as there is a good plot and it meets my requirements.)
- Crossover Roleplays (I.e, a roleplay with a whole bunch of different characters taken to a different world. This requires a plot, because a roleplay like this has a 90% chance of entering the no-literate level very quickly. "Wouldn't It Be Cool If..." is a good example of this idea, but that roleplay has no plot or literate setting.)
- Roleplays with interesting plots. (Basically, any plot idea that interests me. This can be anything from a Powers/Apocalypse/Conspiracy Theory idea to something as odd as an alien invasion. Seriously, this can be anything. Feel free to shoot me a PM with a list of odd roleplays you are in, own, or might want to start. I love brainstorming these kinds of plots.)
- Shapeshifter roleplays. Preferably ones without a limit to what species.
- I will add more as the muse comes to me.

I Might Do...

This section includes everything that I might join. I'll need to judge these roleplays based on their plot. Don't be discouraged if I say 'no' to any of these ideas.

- Wolves with powers. (Now this is a tricky one. They're extremely common, and I don't like most common things. Some roleplays of these can be great- like Moonlit Dream's "Unbalanced", but then sometimes they turn out horrible. It's hard to judge at the early stage.
- Supernatural creatures. (Everything above applies. But also: I don't like roleplays centered around a small group of creatures. I have three supernatural creature characters that I use: A Vodnik, a Cockatrice, and a Chupacabra.)
- Superpower roleplays. (Again, everything above applies. Substitute the "creature" part with "weird powers", such as molecular manipulation.)
- Halloween Roleplays (I loved those roleplays around Halloween. The plots are pretty simple and easy to manipulate; suddenly, everyone is what their costumes were. That can be anything from a canon character to the generic ghost. I'd love to make one or join one out of season, but they all died.)
- I will add more as the muse comes to me.

I Will Never Do...

Anything on this list is automatically out.

- Hunger Games. (Or any inspired by Hunger Games.)
- No literate/less than four sentences roleplays. (As stated above.)
- Harry Potter.
- Realistic Animal Roleplays.
- Anime. (Doesn't matter what anime. I will never join a roleplay based around one sole anime.)

- Realistic Human roleplays. (Doesn't matter what the plot is.)
- Celebrity/Band roleplays. (Really, I don't get why these are so popular.)
- Teen pregnancy roleplays. (Same as above.)
- My Little Pony. (Never watched. Never Will.)
- Zombies. (I hate zombies. However, I will make jokes about those two bath salt users, because it's scary and funny.)
- Any roleplay that requires me to make more than one character. (Now this actually isn't so bad. I just don't like being forced to make more than one character. I find roleplaying more than one stretches me thin.)

We Don't Go to Ravenholm...

This is not really home to a crazy Goonie-hater by the name of Old Red. It's a house I found online. I do not live/own this house or own this picture.
Ravenholm. A tiny town somewhere in the US. The only time you see it on a map is when a tornado is heading in that direction and the weatherman has to zoom in to see what cities are in its path. At most, three thousand people live here. There's one elementary school, one middle school, and one high school. They are all on the same block, and the middle school takes up the second floor in the elementary school. Everyone knows everyone here.

Today is just like any other day...No, scratch that. The teachers wish today was just like any other day. Today is Halloween, and everyone is allowed to dress up, no questions asked. Girls in skimpy outfits, the class nerd dressed as a Mexican wrestler, it's a teacher's worst nightmare. At least they have the satisfaction of dressing up as well. Most teachers dress up as a witch.

And, like everyone else, you dress up as *insert favorite character, classic Halloween outfit, or something really, really weird here* and enjoy the day. Right after school, you and every other teenager in this town go to Old Red's house for a party. It's a Halloween tradition. As the legend goes, Old Red went nuts a million years ago and killed a whole bunch of people at the midnight showing of The Goonies. His only living relative hated that house--claiming it was haunted by the devil or something--so he pays a maid to clean it. The house is huge; at least three stories and full of all the original furniture. There's a stuffed bear in the den, a fireplace in every bedroom, and a crazy old tree in the backyard. It's also way out in the middle of nowhere, and it takes at least an hour--walking--to get back to town. It's the perfect place for a Halloween party.

However, this year was different. Some say Old Red got tired of teenagers doing crap in his house. Others say that this was the devil in the house playing a trick. No one really knows, why, but suddenly everyone passed out at the stroke of midnight and became their costume. Now you have to deal with living as you are, or something really bad might happen to you...

Dažbog High School

"Hello, and welcome to Dažbog High! Here we have the most gifted students around! After all, we are the only private school in the region.

Oh, you say you want to join? Well come on, fill out the form!" The Principal of Dažbog, a rather large white man with greasy skin and a Southern accent introduces. He hand you a clipboard filled with all the forms needed for signing up for a Private school. You flip through the forms, amazed at how detailed it was. Everything here was listed, from your age, ethnicity, your parents salary-and yours, if you happen to have a part-time job-your parents and your cell phone numbers, even you email! You sigh and slump over in one of the Italian leather armchairs and prop the clipboard up on your knee.

It takes you almost an hour to fill out the entire form, and for your parents to fill out theirs. Finally you reach the last page, entitled "Students' Background." You pause to read these questions before answering the easier ones; hometown, age, gender-odd, you already filled these out on the first form. Why is it repeated? You pause and look at one last little box with, yet creepy, simple questions.

You frown and glance up at the Principal. He was watching you intently, "Do you have any questions?" He asks in a calm tone much different from his usual happy-go-lucky one, "Um...What is this?" You ask and show him the last form. He glanced at it and ripped it off of the clipboard, "Oh...Nothing. This is for our more...gifted students. You don't have to fill it out." He answered and took the clipboard away from you, "I'll take this. You're free to go."

You are a new student at Dažbog High School, a rather odd private boarding school in our Earth. Here there are some...unusual students, from other worlds. The basement of Dažbog has a wormhole hidden there, where characters from any type of world randomly pop out. From then on, they enroll in the school.

You can play as one of these unfortunate otherworlders, who are automatically changed to a "normal" human so not to risk discovery, or as your average person from our world. If you are an otherworlder, your job is to keep hidden until the portal in the basement will let you go back to your world. (Which is never. *insert evil laughter here*) If you are a normal person, your job is to find out why these weird--almost recognizable--people keep popping up out of nowhere.

ONCE (A BROTHERS GRIMM FAIRY TALE RP)

ONCE upon a time fairy tales ran smoothly, the princess always fell in love with the right prince, little red riding hood maintained an "enemies only" relationship with her big bad wolf and good always won.
NOW it's not so simple. Princesses are trained as warriors to protect themselves from whatever villan may come after them. Princes don't always survive their stories even though they are as well trained as the princesses. In the last round, Cinderella fell for the frog prince, the round before that, Little Red killed the wolf on sight.
The fairy tales aren't going as their supposed to and happily EVER AFTER is a thing of the past.

Shape shifters
Hunted. For as long as there have been shifters men have hunted us down. They kill us or keep us as slaves and pets, it's a horrible existance. Most can't do anything, they shift into mice or birds and they act like the animal, but some of us are different. We were numerous but they hunted us down and murdered our families with dirty tricks.
The lion shifters of the northern forests, burned now only four remain. Hunted for their added ability to create and control ice and stone.
The dragon shifters of the east, murdered now down to four.
Murdered for their flight and breath of fire.
The wolf shifters from the west were poisoned, now down to four.
Killed for their power over electricity and storms.
The pegusis shifters of the south, assasinated and now only four are left.
Murdered for their power of flight and unnatural speed.

These sixteen are the last of the race of shapeshifters able to fight, if they can find eachother they just might be able to take control of the kingdom.

Humans
The kingdom of Lanitir has been the home of two peoples, the shifters and the humans, for as long as anyon can remember. Now King Hollandhoth has put an end to the shifter race nobody will have to live in fear of the beasts again... Or will they?
There is a tension in the air in what should be a time of rejoicing and all able bodied people between fifteen and twenty five are being forcefully inducted to the army.
Sixteen of the strongest still live and if they know of eachother they will bring the kingdom crumbling down.
Are you running to escape being forced into the army or joining the crusade against the shifters? One things for sure, before this ends there will be chaos.

You walk down the street, the light of the full moon illuminating your surroundings. Suddenly, pain hits you like a blow to the stomach, making you double over. Your head jerks backs as your joints crack and creak, snapping as your bones break and rearrange themselves into a different form. Fur sprouts in patches on your skin, your fingers and toes curl into paws, and your spine lengthens into a tail. When the transformation is finished, you lay there, panting, on your side. Your eyes flicker, immediately seeing better in the dark. Your nose twitches, taking in scents you had never had the power to notice before. You feel strength course through you as you stagger to your feet.
What are you now? Well, you are a wolf.






You walk down the dark street alley, taking a shortcut home. As you step into the darkest of the shadows, you hear a footstep behind you, and the hairs on the back of your neck tingle. As you start to turn around to see what's there, you are knocked down, the wind leaving your lungs in a hiss as something lands on top of you. Before you can react or call out, searing pain engulfs the side of your neck, and you feel warm, sticky blood on your skin. And, before you know it, darkness engulfs you.
When you wake, you are lying in the middle of the alley, surrounded by a pool of blood. You sit up groggily, putting a hand to your forehead. You start when you find your skin icey-cold, and... What's that? As you put a hand to your neck, you feel two puncture wounds. As you ponder this, you notice something else. You have no pulse. And you seem to see perfectly fine in the darkness. And... There's this new hunger.
What happened to you? Well, you were attacked. And now, you are a vampire.

Shortly after discovering your new-found abilities, whether you were attacked and Turned into a vampire, or discovered you had the odd gene that made you a werewolf, you were found and brought to a little town called Templin. Here, werewolves and vampires live, each on separate sides of the town.
They are bitter enemies. Any vampire who crosses onto werewolf territory is fair game, and vice versa. Relationships between the two are strictly forbidden.
The werewolves formed a pack, with an Alpha male and female, while the vampires formed a clan, with a Head male and Head female. They are to obeyed, with the consequence of death.
While you are here at the humble town of Templin, you may begin to realize the danger the full moon possesses. Werewolves forced into their wolf forms, vampires becoming frenzied and thirsting for blood. Anything can happen under the rays of the full moon, and many times bloodshed occurs.
So, I guess the question is, in the dark of night, with the full moon lighting the way, what will you do to survive?






Werewolves are humans, with a twist. A fluke in their genes gives them the ability to Shift into a wolf whenever they want. However, werewolves are forced into their wolf forms under the full moon. No wolf has been able to resist its call. Werewolves are, like wolves, pack animals, and stick with their own kind. Higher-ranking wolves command lower-ranking ones, with no room for question.
An order from either of the Alphas is law, and breaking the law is punishable by death.
Young wolves, when brought to Templin, are taught by older wolves pack laws, how to hunt, and how to fight.
Werewolves, as a fact, always Shift for the first time during the first full moon after their sixteenth birthday. No wolf is able to Shift or even aware they are a werewolf until after the first full moon after their sixteenth birthday.
However, it can be days, months, or even years before the Templin Pack finds a new werewolf, so the age of a new wolf varies.





A young vampire is made, not born. Unlike werewolves, being a vampire has nothing to do with genes. The only way one can become a vampire is if they are bitten by one. One can be any age when they become a vampire, however, they will be stuck at that age forever, or until someone kills them. For the first few months, a new vampire is referred to as a fledgling, and is continued to be referred as that until they have control of their new abilities.
Vampires possess super speed and strength, and a heightened sense of smell. They also have excellent night vision to stalk their prey.
One can tell a vampire moods and if it is hungry by the eyes. When a vampire is hungry, their eyes are black. When they are mad, they are red. Calm, blue. At any other time, their eyes are the color they were when the said person was born.
Though vampires are mostly solidity beings, the Templin Clan has banded together and created a hierarchy. Like the werewolves, the Clan Heads' word is law, and breaking the law is punishable by death.
At Templin, vampires do not feast on human blood, but animal blood. However, sometimes a rogue vampire attacks, drains, and kills a werewolf. The said rogue vampire, if caught, is put to death at the stake.

Hello All.
I have been contemplating an idea for a while. After writing and rewriting for literally hoursI decided to see if there would even be any interest in the type of roleplay I am purposing. Last week the reality television show Big Brother began its 14th season bringing with it a very exciting twist.
Im not going to go onto detail on the show, (however if a Big Brother fan would like to PM my I would love to create a thread for chatting about the show. I searched and there was one created a very long time ago and it is beyond dead.)But I AM here to see if there is any interest in a Big Brother roleplay.
I have already set up the rules and regulations as well as the form. I have gone to great extents to make it as real as the show as it can be. There will be 12 House Guests and the winner will be gifted a large sum of pets from my personal stash. The amount is to be announced. Anyway, please PM me if you think this would spark some interest. The thread will be posted regardless of whether anyone PM's me. The PMs will only decide how fast I work at getting everything complete and up-and-running!

In the year 2055, the company Stanton Games released the video game to place the user's consciousness into virtual reality -- InterWorld. The player connects to the game with a headset that puts them in a "dream state". While their body is "sleeping", their mind connects to InterWorld, where anything is possible. If the user can think it, InterWorld can create it.

As Stanton Games predicted, InterWorld has become a world-wide success. With millions of users, the virtual reality has become as vast as Earth itself. However, this also means millions of people across the planet are putting themselves at risk...

Somehow, a virus has entered the mainframe of InterWorld. The programming of InterWorld has been rewritten... and a once peaceful realm of dreams has become a game of survival. The characters of the InterWorld have become aggressive, capturing the player avatars and making them unable to disconnect, leaving their bodies in the real world in a comatose state. Stanton Games is unable to stop the virus. It is learning... evolving.

The only way to stop it is to go into the volatile reality of InterWorld. Will you step up to the challenge? Or are you an infected avatar, trying to capture those who would stop you?

Vampire Diaries: Based on the tv series

Two brothers that have a huge secret go to Fell's Church, but at separate times. Stefan, the youngest brother falls for a school girl, Elena. Once she finds out what Stefan is she soon fell deeply in love with him, but Damon got under her skin. Now she doesn't know who she wants and she is being forced to choose.

We are starting were Damon, Stefan, and Elena found out Katherine is alive with some devious plan. Damon is angry as can be and now hates Katherine who he once was deeply in love with. Meanwhile, Elena is in love with Stefan and knows his secret, but doesn't feel like she should be dating him at the moment. Also, Damon is starting to seep into her heart and she is getting confused on who she really wants. They have to keep coming up for lies for several people including: Tyler, Matt, Jeremy, and even Elena's aunt Jenna. The only people that know are Caroline and Bonnie who help out with the supernatural things that go on in there lives. Tyler is also having difficulties for his cousin told him the story about becoming a werewolf so Mason could get the moonstone for Katherine. Tyler is afraid and a little paranoid that he will kill someone and it frightens him. Caroline is having major boy issues for she likes Matt, but they are not a couple yet. Jeremy is getting curious on what's going on and starts to snoop for answers. Klaus and his sister, Rebekah come into town with very evil plans that include Elena. Jenna has no clue what's going on for she thinks that everything is normal. Alaric seems like a normal history teacher, but he really is a secret vampire hunter that is hunting any vampires to kill them.

*It is different than the tv series, but we will go by the same concept/big idea

Darkness engulfed the forest, and although it was cloudless, no moon shone that night. Instead, the sky was lit with a different kind of light. Tonight, the sky was lit with dazzling streaks of purple, green, and blue; the Aurora Borealis. Below, a fire suddenly flickered into existence, earning small, startled gasps from the young wolves surrounding it. A hushed silence came over them as a deep, earthy brown brute stepped into the fire's light, a deep green gem and a eagle feather resting on his chest from a grass string. For a moment, no one spoke, and the young wolves quivered with barely controlled excitement. Then, the white brute began to speak, his deep voice ringing clearly out into the silent forest. "Long ago," he began, glancing meaningfully at each individual wolf around him, "the first of animals were placed upon this Earth. There were those who ate the plants, such as the rabbits, the deer, and the elk. And then, there were those who ate them, such as the foxes, the bears, and of course, the wolf. Now, in those days, chaos ravaged the lands. Not only did predator hunt prey, but the predators also hunted amongst themselves, and brother turned on brother. There were even those who hunted not out of need, but instead, for sport. The spirits became angry with this behaviour, and sent a drought to the lands to express their anger." Now, the brute paused for a moment, and the young wolves eagerly leaned in, silently urging him to continue. The brute lowered his head and voice, staring the young wolves right in the eye. "A month after the drought had been sent, on a night just like tonight, a fight broke out amongst the wolves.They were all hungry, thirsty, and weak, and each seemed to blame the others for their problems. Then, in the midst of the fighting, one wolf came forward and suddenly called 'Stop!' Confused, the wolves did stop, and looked around to find who had called to them. A grey brute stood upon a rock, staring at the wolves around him. This wolf's name, was Amoux. 'Stop!' he called once again, softer, and watched as all the wolves there turned to him. 'This fighting must end! We are destroying ourselves!' Amoux cried, looking at the wolves gathered there. "We spend all our time fighting our own brothers and sisters, and have angered the spirits!' The wolves remained silent as they reflected on what he had said, and waited for him to go on. "This is not how it's supposed to be,' Amoux continued with a shake of his head, before taking a step forward. 'Join me, and we will create a pack. One that we can live in harmony together in, and in which we can work together to survive.' Some of the wolves scorned Amoux, and walked away. A few, though, stayed, and together, they created a pack in which they did indeed live in harmony in. Impressed by Amoux, the spirits presented a gift to him. It was a necklace, that had a silver gem and an eagle feather hanging from it. 'The eagle feather represents your leadership as alpha,' the spirits told him. 'An owl feather represents the betas, two black stones with silver fleck represents the oracle, a stone represents the guards, a tooth represents the fighters, a leaf represents the healers, and a claw represents the hunters.' 'Thank you for these gifts,' Amoux replied. 'But, may I ask, what are the purpose of the gems?' The spirits paused and gave a smile before answering. 'Those are our true gifts to you, dear one. Those are much more than stones. They possess the power of magic. Just as each wolf specializes in a certain area, so will the gems. Each one will be capable of performing certain things, all depending on it's owner.' Astonished, Amoux thanked them for their kindness, and watched as they began to leave. One spirit paused for a moment though, and looked back to Amoux. 'Oh, and each gem has a name. No one will tell you, but you'll easily be able to tell on your own.
