"Sadly, we didn't bring Doc with us," Church said as he walked into the room. "Then let me try something," Zoey said as she walked over and looked at Montana's eyes. "Zoey, you haven't had any proper training for this," Tex said as she looked at the young Spartan. "I can see what I can do," Zoey said as she started to look over Montana's eyes again.

"Zoey," California paused, staring at Montana's eye. "I did have medic training before Project Freelancer. I'm no professional, but I was top in my graduating class. Let me take care of Montana," she murmured.

"Are you sure, California," Zoey said as she looked over at her friend.

California took a deep breath before nodding. "I remember," she said confidently, moving closer to Montana. Floating over to Beta, Xion sat uneasily on Zoey's shoulder; she wouldn't be any help in this situation. "Lay on your back for me, Montana," she said. "How are you feeling?"

I lay on my back as instricted. When she asks me how I feel I smirk.
" angry. Annoyed. Kinda sad but im getting over it." I say chuckling.

Maine stops whistling as he looked over at Montana in interest, wondering what exactly was going on.

Wash stepped back to give California space to work.

"Alright Montana, choose a spot on the ceiling for me. Focus on it and don't look away. Wash, can you get me some lukewarm water, if it's available? Cold will only cause more damage, the same with hot." California gently moved back Montana's eyelid to examine the injury. "Where did this injury come from?" She asked calmly, assessing the damage already done.

Zoey, Church and Tex moved back as well. "Her eye sight was lost after one of the AI was in her head," Zoey explained as she looked at California.

Wash nodded. "I'll try and get some." He said, and started to walk away, glancing at Maine and Indiana as he left.

"After Michigan's AI left her head. His name was Static." Maine growled.
