Kate giggled softly as the one she was holding nuzzled her cheek. "Could I have one?" she asked innocently, looking up at Mexico.

Looks: New Jersey has strawberry blonde hair, it's short and always ruffly. He seems to be very short actually. His eyes are emerald green with speckles of yellow and dark forest green in it. He has pale skin, not very pale but a tad little tan. Under his green eyes are freckles, freckles are all over his cheeks. He wears a football jacket, dark ripped jeans, and red sneakers. A creature with red eyes follows him, also known as the Jersey Devil.

History: Joey and Christina(his little sis, Delaware) were orphans until America claimed them. Joey would often act cocky and mischievious around America, well since he was quite jealous.

He shrugged his shoulders, the dark shadow appearing over the Jerseyian’s shoulder. He walked around the boat, spotting Alana. “Hey,” He said, crossing his arms as the shadow swept around him like a storm cloud almost.
