(Sorry for long post....xD)
-Emerald Jones-
Emerald was laying on her bed, her diary in front of her and a pen in her hand. For the last half hour she had been writing in that thing, explaining the last month or so of her life. How she got the tesseract and how she felt about it. Living with S.H.I.E.L.D and how much she disliked it. How Loki had killed her and how it still haunted her nightmares. How freaking cool her powers were and how she could possibly be an Avenger. And last but not least, she writing her own little description of each and every one of the Avengers.
First off, there's Thor. Seeing him on t.v is one thing, seeing him in person is a whole other matter. He's HUGE. Like no joke the freaking dude is a giant. He's at least a foot taller than I am and his muscles are the size of my head. I'm not even kidding. When he fights, it's freaking cool as hell because he does the whole lightning thing and zaps things into dust. And he's mean when he fights. Like, really really mean. But when he's not fighting he's just about the most caring person you've ever met. He's like the big brother I've always wanted, except he's more than ten years older than I am and he's from another planet.
And then there's Phil. He's not on any of the posters that the Avenger's have, but he's still pretty cool. He has these tattoo things that come to life and make objects. Like say he has a gun tattoo, it comes to life and he had a real gun. It's freaking awesome. He's really nice and sweet too, and he's also like my big brother. I feel bad for him though because before he came to the Avengers he was a lab rat kind of. He was tested on and everything. But then S.H.I.E.L.D found out about it and rescued him. Yay.
And then there's the brains of the group--Bruce. When I first met him he almost turned into the Hulk. At first it scared the sh*t out of me, but looking back on it, it would of been pretty freaking cool to see the Hulk in person instead of on t.v. He's really smart and sometimes he goes off onto these random science tangents. I can't keep up and it makes me feel pretty stupid when he goes all sciency. But oh well, I'm only in ninth grade, or I was supposed to be next year Anyways, he's nice too .
Then there's Tony--or Stark, as everyone calls him. He's exactly like everybody says he is. Cocky, arrogant, annoying, smart, sarcastic, cool, a wise a**. But he's actually pretty nice when he wants to be. I accidentally told them about how I drank a martini or two once and he was the only one that didn't flip out or have a cow. If I ever want to do something I'm not supposed to, I'll ask Tony. He'll say yes. And then I can blame it all on him lol.
There's also Clint. He's.....I don't know. I haven't really talked to him much or anything, but he's a pretty bad a** fighter. And it's so completely obvious that he has a crush on Natasha! God darn it why doesn't he just ask her out already?! Or kiss her?! They'd be so cute together!!! The two little assassins <3 I'm going to try and get them together. And when they do get together, they'll thank me.
Speaking of Natasha, she....I also don't know. I haven't really talked to the real her very much. Nobody has. She's so fake. She acts like she has no emotions and blah blah blah. Like she's the stone hearted little assassin. Stone hearted my a**! Every once and a while you can see a flicker of emotion on her face or in her voice and you can tell she's always faking it. Why the hell does she do that? Honestly, who here is going to hurt her? Nobody. So why is she hiding everything like a little coward. I just don't understand it! If she's ever going to get with Clint she needs to loosen up a little. I really want to hang out with her and stuff, but not the her she shows to everybody, the mean cold one, I want to hang out with the real Natasha. The one that she hides. I'm sure she's actually pretty nice when she's not acting. But who knows? Maybe Clint knows. Aww that would be so cute if he was the only person who ever got to see the real her. Aww! They so need to get together!
Oh yeah! And there's Steve (Captain America!) He's really nice and he's such a gentleman. He's a bit old fashioned, but hey! He's from the 1930's/40's so it's okay! I actually like that he's a gentleman. We need more of those now a days.
Okay, well now that I've taken up like 15 pages of my diary I'm going to go now and see if they're back yet. They better have remembered to bring me some food, I'm not in the mood for cafeteria food. Write to ya later!
~Love, Emerald.
And with that she closed her diary, hid it inside her pillow case, and walked out of her room to go find the Avengers. She was still dressed in her pajamas--a grey tank top with pink, grey, and white plaid pants-- but she didn't really care. She was tired and she doubted they were going to do any more fighting today. So why get dressed in normal clothes?
-Thor Odinson-
Thor raised his eyebrows as he waited for her to respond. He could tell by her stuttering that she was hesitant to answer. But finally, she did. He narrowed his blue eyes ever so slightly, and tried not to get annoyed. Unfortunately, Natasha, she can die. Or did you forget how long it took for the doctors to bring her back when Loki killed her?" he growled. "I think you're wrong. I think she does know that this isn't a game. Obviously, when your life and the lives of others hangs in the balance, it's not a game."
