Since he was in the area, he decided to head to the hospital and watch the fun. It's not every day that Italy could die by hand of a seemingly high troll, right?

~Speaking of Italy~
Italy nodded. "Si! It was so nice of the staff to leave My Little Pony coloring books!"

[Zaphod Riker]

"You should be happy CONSIDERING WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN." Gamzee giggles, before showing one hand with red blood on it, from Alternia's wound. "Little sis didn't make a sound..."

Italy looked up in confusion. "What do you- Huh?" was all he could say.

[Zaphod Riker]

"It was kinda boring AND I CAN'T TELL IF SHE'S dead or not... You can FIND OUT FOR ME!" Gamzee laughs, and grabs the back of Italy's shirt, before dragging him to Alternia's room. She was lying on her bed, red blood on both hers and Gamzee's faces, and her eyes shut.

Italy blanched. "Wh... Wha... What's going on?" he asked nervously.

[Zaphod Riker]

Gamzee giggles, and shoves Italy towards Alternia. "You should know how to use those machines there... CHECK TO SEE IF I KILLED HER OR NOT. I HOPE I subjuggalated the messblood. She should've known that WOULD HAPPEN WHEN SHE DIDN'T LISTEN.

Italy was more than a little scared, and he did a terrible job of hiding it. "Uh... It seems like she's still alive. I wouldn't know, hospital equipment always freaks me out!"

[Zaphod Riker]

"I hope she's dead because she's a DAMN MUTANT AND NO MUTANT SHOULD LIVE. I DON'T KNOW WHY pathetic high Gamzee decides to be nice to her. I DON'T KNOW WHY HE DIDN'T LET ME KILL HER..." Gamzee growls, and shrugs. "Damn Eridan said I wasn't allowed to kill her..."

"You... You want to kill her?" Italy asked in terror. "Wh-wh-why?"

[Zaphod Riker]

"Because she's a damn mutant. MUTANTS MESS UP ANY BLOODLINE SO THEY just are beggin' to be killed." Gamzee giggles, and rubs his eyes. "Besides, she's EVEN BETRAYED HER OWN KIND BY living here with you. Being your matesprit INSTEAD OF CHOOSING ANOTHER MUTANT."
