~~~Artemis Lorraine~~~
"Hello," Artemis replied coolly. "I don't believe we've met. My name is Artemis, and I'm tracking werewolves, the same as you. It appears that there were more then one. I was tracking a male. Did you see him?" She stood on the riverbank, not wanting to get her pristine white clothes muddied or wet. Beneath her cool exterior, she was anxious to follow her target's trail, but somehow she sensed that he had quite the lead already. Perhaps it would be better to hang back and make some allies. She was a skilled huntress, but it would not be wise to take on more than one alone.
///Azazel Barkley Connor///
Azazel wandered down the aisles, looking for light foods that he could easily carry. He ended up with a few bags of Doritos, Funyuns, Crackerjacks, Lays, as well as some Twinkies, Chocolate Muffins, and soda. He snuck a water in there too. It was quite a load to place on the counter. The cashier gave him a weird look.
"Road trip with hungry friends," Azazel explained, despite the fact that there were no cars in the parking lot. The cashier didn't seem to care much anyway, so he kept his mouth shut and forked over his money.
$23 total, a real ripoff, and a huge bite out of the $80 he'd been carrying. He'd have to scrape together some more in town. According to the map, that he hadn't checked in about 200 miles, he shouldn't be far off from one. Even once he got there, he figured he'd leave it soon. What he really missed was the big city. Not many hunters looked for werewolves there.
With an Atlanta-esque destination in mind, Azazel set out, walking along the road again, the forest to his right shoulder.
