Soul slowed down to walk beside him, " Did Vanille seem different to you? Like, for a bit?"

Vanille gave Rin a slight nod when he started walking as well, and made her way closer to the front of the group, eager to get out of the forest, unaware that Soul had noticed her slightly abnormal behaviour that had popped up when she stepped foot in the forest, and was asking their newest travel companion if he had noticed as well.

The l'Cie walked along quietly and quickly, keeping out of any shadows.

Luize walked up to vanille " tell me are you scared of the forest"

Vanille, thanks to the anxiety she was feeling at the moment, nearly jumped ten feet in the air when Luize snuck up and suddenly spoke. She kept herself from doing so though, and merely jumped a tiny bit, squeaking in surprise. Shaking lightly, she turned and looked and the blonde, shaking her head a little too quickly.

"No... Not at all." She mumbled quickly, heart still pumping rapidly from being startled.

" oh well that is a good thing......but if you ever go somewere scary with a group always remember yohr groups there for you even if there not your friends or you hardely know them" luize said

Vanille, still trembling slightly, gave her a shaky thumbs up, giving a light nod.

"Thank you, I'll keep that in mind." She whispered, continuing to walk.

Her mind couldn't help but wander, wander to the fond memories she had when she was traveling with her old friends. Leading her to wonder, if they were okay? They were probably fairing well without her there.

She snapped out of her thoughts, shaking her head a little to clear her partially clouded mind, so that she could focus on the task at hand.
