Katey looked at the other girl, noticing her vampire smell. Why were they both here, and now? She had been here for about a month and hadn't seen a vampire even once. Yet today she found two vampires and two slayers. It was unusual, yet mildly interesting too. Katey pulled out a piece of gum she had gotten and popped it into her mouth. She chewed slowly, thinking deeply. But her nose smelled the air, there was someone nearby.
