Hawkeye (Clint Barton)/Meandering through the forest and stalking Tony Stark

Clint walked through the forest, his mind elsewhere when he heard something. He instinctively pulled out an arrow and slipped it into place on his bow. He slid behind a tree and watched, catching sight of Tony. Quietly, he ran between some trees and hid in the shadows.

Sekhmet sensed the energy signal shift being used and pushed past a few mortals to get down the street faster. Finally, she spotted him. She was surprised none of the mortals seemed effected by the fact that there were two gods within one city block of each other. An Asgardian. She'd seen him before, once or twice. That irritating thunder god's pathetic little brother. His mortal disguise was ridiculous. The Egyptian rolled her eyes, grabbed him by his scarf and dragged him into the nearest allyway, intent on draining his power.

Dean McGregory

Dean smiled at his appearance, remembering when he was just a five year old watching GI Joe every saturday morning. He'd dreamed of being as 'cool' as them, and as he reflected on it now he decided this was much, much cooler. He laughed a little at his childish thoughts, then was about to head up on flight deck when he heard a knock on the door, and opened it. Noone was there, it was just a file marked, 'Sekhemet'. "A egpytian god?" He asked himself, going back inside. .

Amour

Amour was walking through the woods boredly. Being the wolf she was at heart, Amour loved the woods. She was a very special sort of person, if that's how one would define it. She smiled as she caught a familiar scent. But she wouldn't follow. Odds were he would run into her instead of her bothering to look for him. She knew who he was. After all, who didn't? The familiar scent of high tech armor only belonged to a few people. There was also a scent drifting from the same general area, one that smelled like an Archer she knew.

Fury must have asked the two to recruit people; though, the forest was a strange place to search for them. Oh, well, none of her business. Well, it sort of was, she was an Avenger, and being an Avenger meant it was also her problem who was recruited right?

... Probably not.

Amour shrugged it off, flicked her tail, and continued padding on along her way. With a slight sigh, she jumped down the hill she was on and let her ears fall flat. It was sort of boring...

Male I Tony Stark I Talking to Amour

Tony heard a rustling in the trees, and quickly turned around with his arm stretched out ready for his suit to blast somebody if need be. All he could see were shadows. He shook his head at himself thinking it was probably a nasty critter. Taking flight, he decided to search in another area. After quickly zooming through the trees he landed when he saw an outline of a wolf. I know that wolf...er...I mean there's only one wolf in the world that wears a mask, he thought to himself, rolling his eyes. He trudged over to the masked wolf.
"Hey, Amour. Did Fury send you here to help me find more Avengers?" He paused then said again, "Specifically Hawkeye.."

Male I Loki I In an alley with Sekhmet

All of a sudden, Loki was being grabbed by his scarf and being led into a secluded alleyway. Looking at her, he gave her a sly smirk. In the shadows came a chuckle as the real Loki walked out of the darkness, and the Loki she had captured vanished. Grinning, he spoke with his accent strong, "I wasn't named the God of Mischief for nothing. I am quite proficient in Asgardian magic which does come to my advantage."
Looking at her, he changed the subject, "You are not an Earthling.. you are some kind of god, are you not? What was your purpose of finding me?"

Amour was lost in her thoughts, walking aimlessly, until she went smack into a tree. "Arghh..." She shook her head and got a grip on reality, which was when she heard her name. The wolf looked up to see Tony, clad in his red armor. "Oh, Hey there Tony. You didn't see that, did you?" She shifted herself to a human, and blushed a bit.

"No, it didn't come up. Fury never informs me or asks me to do anything. How come you have all the fun?" Amour asked, then her smile brightened and she put on her sunglasses. "Barton? He's right behind you, thinking he's hidden in those trees back there."

Male I Tony Stark I Talking to Amour

"You need to get back to reality." He teased as Amour smacked into the forest tree. Grinning, Tony gave her a pat on the back and joked, "Fury probably likes me the best. I do have a cool suit and all." He looked at his shiny suit that he had created and felt a burst of pride.
Tony then turned around to the dark shadowed trees of the forest and took a step forward. "Hey, Clint, we know you're in there. We need to talk to you about a uh..job...type...thing." He didn't know how he was going to convince him to join the Avengers, but he had to try.

Dean McGregory

"You want me to what...?" Dean asked a higher-racking officer, stunned at what task they'd given him.
"You are to go on a side mission for Director Fury. Find out all you can about this new threat, a Egptyian goddess named: Sekhmet. Don't let yourself be seen. If you do, press this button." The agent gripped Dean's wrist and removed a panel from one of his metal bands, revealing a red button. "It will send all gathered data to S.H.I.E.L.D instantly. And your memory will be wiped, just in case...."
"I.....alright. I'm in." Dean said, not sure he wanted to have his memory 'wiped'.
"Now go! This conversation never occured...." The agent said mysteriously, disappearing.
Dean looked down at the file, and shrugged. He put a veneer over his sudden anxiety, and headed for the flight deck.

[Agent Hawkeye]

Amour snorted at his remark. "Fury hates you the most. A suit has nothing to do with it, Tin Head." She flicked his suit and it made a 'ping' sound. She averted her attention to the area where there was a rustle, and a heavy scent of archer. "Come on Barton. You've got every right to be scared but it doesn't mean you should be."

She laughed a bit to herself, then looked at Tony. Amour turned her attention back to Hawkeye, and shrunk into her wolf form. She felt comfortable around Tony, they were friends, so she liked talking to him. And he had a sense of humor. None of the other Avengers really did have a sense of humor. Life was too serious for them. It was all, 'Verily', or 'SMASH!', or, 'I was frozen in ice', never anything fun.

Fighting is fun. Avenging is fun.

Hanging out with the Avengers (Tony aside)? No, really, really, boring. Amour thought about it, letting the wind blow her fur and feathers, drifting off again. She shook her head; Focus, Lykopis, more important things to think about than sarcasm and your team. You can trust them. It was true, what most of the Avengers lacked in a sense of humor, they made up for in loyalty.

Except maybe Hawkeye (though he wasn't yet a member, really) and Widow. She barely had any trust for either of them. Rule #1. Never trust a master assassin.

Captain America is an all-around patriot, believing in all of the things that make America great. He always strives to make America even better. He is a very dedicated friend, and has a set group of ideals. He is strictly opposed to any form of oppression. He can be a bit stuck in the past, always remembering the things he lived with during the Great Depression and World War II compared to modern things.

He is considered to be the hero. All other heroes, and even some villains, respect and look up to him. He will not risk an ally lightly, and would die before a single innocent victim is harmed. While a patriot, he is not above casting himself out of his government should they be in the wrong. He also holds no animosity for any other country, and will help them should the need arise.

Steve Rogers is a 6' 2", with blonde hair and blue eyes. He wears a costume bearing the colors of the American flag: red, white, and blue. His cowl features large holes for his eyes, and opens up for the bottom part of his face. On his forehead is a large A, with two wings on the sides of his mask. On his upper body, Cap wears a lightweight, bulletproof scale armor made of duralumin, a star in his chest, and red and white stripes on his stomach. The blue scales stop on his upper arms, with the rest being covered by white sleeves and red gloves. Under his belt, Cap has blue pants and red boots. His circular nigh-indestructible shield is painted with a red and white stripe's with ablue circle in the center containing a white star.

→ Special power/ability : Captain America represents the pinnacle of human physical perfection. He experienced a time when he was augmented to superhuman levels, but generally performs just below superhuman levels for most of his career. He has a very high intelligence as well as agility, strength, speed, endurance, and reaction time superior to any Olympic athlete who ever competed. The Super-Soldier formula that he has metabolized had enhanced all of his bodily functions to the peak of human efficiency. Most notably, his body eliminates the excessive build-up of fatigue-producing poisons in his muscles, granting him phenomenal endurance.

He also has mastered the martial arts of American-style boxing and judo, and has combined these disciplines with his own unique hand-to-hand style of combat. He has also shown skill and knowledge of a number of other martial arts. He engages in a daily regimen of rigorous exercise (including aerobics, weight lifting, gymnastics, and simulated combat) to keep himself in peak condition. He is one of the finest human combatants Earth has ever known.
