Rules
1) All of CS’s
2) I’m the only one who can be the dragons because they are random
3) There are only 12 dragon born allowed in this world, if I didn’t put a cap on it everyone would want to be one
4) There are only 6 gray beards allowed
5) There are only 12 new dragon priests allowed
6) If dragon born you can’t start out knowing all the shouts
7) You can only know a total of three shouts when you begin
8) You can only have six skills so chose wisely
9) You can only have one dragon born
10) You can have up to a total of 3 adventurers, 3 towns’ people, 3 guild people, 1 Gray beard, and 1 new dragon priest. Remember we need some of each so try to make at least one towns’ person, unless you have a large amount of characters… example: You have 2 or 3 adventurers, 1 gray beard and 1 new dragon priest. Then I understand that you don’t want to be a town’s person as well.
11) Remember Town’s people are important! They have the power to give quests and missions, the people that are towns’ people also have the power to make up caves and ruins to go to, so don’t say you don’t want to be one because they are boring. In some cases they may be able to go with the adventurer.
12) Your characters can’t fall for each other, this is just weird
13) If swearing star out all but the first letter
14) If you are going to be someone who is not dragon born who knows shouts then you must be at least 40 years old
15) You don’t need to say… (Name of character) said, “Fus-Ro-Dah”… To use a shout, you can just say… (Character name) used Unrelenting force…. This is for the people that don’t know all the shouts by heart
16) You can’t start with the best armor or weapons in the game
17) I am also treasure chests you find they will be random as well and there will be new weapons you can’t actually find in the game in some of them, so if you are exploring ruins or something just say… (Character name) looked around to see if he could spot something of interest… or something along those lines.
18) Have fun and respect each other is all I ask
19) You don’t need to have all six of your skill in a specific class
20) If you are a gray beard you know all shouts
21) If you want to be a mini-mod then PM me with the mini-mod forum below, I will only allow 5 mini-mods
22) Mini-mods can be treasure chests just as I can, but dragons are still only something I will do. Mostly because I want to see those fights. XD Unless of course they have a name then the mini-mods can be a dragon. I will PM them that forum to past here on the RP.

24) I know that their is now a dark brotherhood so some characters will die if your's is one that dies you are allowed to create a new one to replace it.
25) If you have a dark brotherhood member attacking someone that is an adventurer or highly skilled guild member you must give them a fighting chance.
