Landon smirked going after the demon, slashing at him. He saved some of his energy though as he moved after him though. He smirked looking at Deyan, watching him. He looked over when he he heard an arrow pass his head. He glared at Wesley, "Yeah, stay out of this."

Wesley looked at David and shot at him again after shooting an arrow at his friend. She watched him. "Leave him alone!" she said just as firmly.

Landon smirked going after the demon, slashing at him. He saved some of his energy though as he moved after him though. He smirked looking at Deyan, watching him. He looked over when he he heard an arrow pass his head. He glared at Wesley, "Yeah, stay out of this."

Wesley looked at David and shot at him again after shooting an arrow at his friend. She watched him. "Leave him alone!" she said just as firmly.

Deyan took the chance of attacking as his attacker looked the other way. He rushed at the human, blade held down so not to kill him as he was avoiding to do, to show he could stop himself from killing, that he wasn't just a mindless demon. He was going to attempt to land a powerful enough punch that he wouldn't hurt him horribly, but he'd get the message.

David moved over slightly to avoid the arrow, then glared at Wesley once more. "Stay out of this. You can't do anything. Not with a bow. As long as you stay out of this, we might not hurt him as bad. But you just might anger us and make us take out our anger on him."

Landon hadn't been paying attention to Deyan, his attention held on the human girl and his partner. He turned, but not soon enough to see the demon coming at him with his blade down and him throwing a punch. He winced, touching his jaw before growling at him. Landon returned the punch before slashing at the demon.

"You know you can't win, so why are you even trying?" Wesley questioned as she shot another arrow at him, determined to get him.

Deyan wasn't quite expecting the counter attack that was given. Well, he was expecting one, but not that quick of one. He faltered back somewhat from the punch, then hopped back more with his wings. He narrowly dodged the sword, and it caught his clothes, but he somehow got out of getting skewered in the chest. He looked around. If matters got worse, he may have to just get Wesley, and fly out of there. For the time being, anyway. And if they kept coming, he'd just have to move.

This arrow almost had gotten David. It grazed the side of his cheek, and caught some hair, thought that was it for the moment. "We're doing it to test him. It's mostly for his own good, if you think about it. If he manages to live, at least he'll be somewhat stronger. I can tell he's getting weak with the waning amount of fighting going on. There are other ways to "kill" a demon. Sure, they're a bit harder to fell than humans, but if we cut him up enough, he won't be able to move. It's basically the same thing as being dead."

Landon watched Deyan as he moved back with his wings. "So what is a human doing with a beast like you?" he questioned holding his sword loosely for the moment. He raised his eyebrow and looked back at Wesley before returning his attention to Deyan. "A women too," he added.

"Well then I gues that's why he has me. TO clean him up and make sure he lives," Wesley said before looking at Deyan. "Deyan!" she called holding the gauntlet. She wanted to make sure he had it to protect himself better.

Deyan was silent for a while, before he answered. "I saved her, and promised I'd protect her. Even if you think all demons are evil, all demons also keep their word." He replied. "An angel offered to help me, but I don't know where she went. So in a way, you could call me a Guardian Demon." He added, then looked over at Wesley as she called his name. He nodded lightly at the fact she was holding the weapon he could use with ease. Without too much hesitation, he suddenly sped forward, towards her, though instead of immediately grabbing the gauntlet, he picked her up, and flew up to the top of his cave, and set her back down. "Stay here." He told herm then took his weapon from her. He jumped from the top, using his wings like a parachute, and equipped the gauntlet. He was left handed, so he used it on his left hand. The blade shot out from it, and he just stood there, waiting for one of them to make their move.

Landon smirked slightly as he listened to the demon explain. "Saved her? From what?" he asked, moving out of the way so he wasn't hit when Deyan sped forward. He watched him go towards the human girl, pick her up and fly to the top of his cave.

Surprised slightly, Wesley held onto Deyan when he picked her up. She looked at him as he placed her ontop of the cave. "Not like I could get down," she said looking at him.
