Chris yawned and then looked distugsted at the 'food' Boris had made "yum" he said sarasicly.
He looked away from the eggs before he comlpetly lost his appite, "Boris, has anyone ever told you about cook books?" he said in a rather nice way "You might want to give up on being 'creative' " he added.

Cecilia sighed. "Maybe I should cook next time," she said shaking her head. Though it is clearly not wise to trust a blind girl around the kitchen, but with Jean's help she could make something decent. She then sighed and turned to Jean. "Can you be a deer and get me a handful of grapes Jean?" Cecilia asked the monkey in a sweet voice. Jean nodded and hopped over to the icebox. He grabbed a vine of grapes and handed them to the blind necromancer. "Thank you," Cecilia said smiling. She then let the small monkey guide her to her seat at the table. She started to hum to a small tune as she nibbled on her food.

Throwing a look to Chris,Boris snatched his plate.
"Fine...You get nothing." He grinned,and put the plate back.
"If you think you can do better,prove it." He knew he was a terrible cook,and he knew that they knew. Did that stop him? of course not. Cooking was a hobby of his,no matter how bad he was at it.
"The police are going to be here in a few hours,so no jokes...They want to do the gypsy inspection,so try not to say anything wise."
He looked sternly at Chris. He knew Cecilia wouldn't,she wasn't as impulsive as Chris,and was more level-headed.

Chris rolled his eues "fine, i'll be good" he said "and it ok I'm not hungery" he said throwing the eggs one more disgusted look before feeded them to a random corpse person. He made a mental note to buy a cook book next time he was in town.

"I'm sorry Boris, I did not mean to insult you. I know of your love for cooking, but your sense of taste is quite different than most of ours," Cecilia said in the politest way she could think of. She sighed at the words 'gypsy inspection'. She didn't like the thought of strangers coming and browsing through their belongings looking for something strange or illegal. Though she new it was necessary and was clearly not going to do anything stupid. "Hear that Jean? No monkey business while the police are here," she teased the small monkey on her shoulder. Jean made a noise of protest and crossed his arms. Cecilia laughed at the little creature.

Boris faked anger and scoffed,knowing she was trying to be nice.
"Well then,I see nobody appreciates my hard labor."
He flashed another grin and stepped out. "I'll be taking the Corpse People out to the woods for a few moments to hide,if the police come just...Say..."
At a loss of words for a fewmoments,he merely shrugged.
"...Something."
And with that,he rounded up the Corpse People and began on his way.

Chris sighed and nodded at Boris, then looked to Cecilia "what are the police really going to be looking for?" he asked he was never really respectful of the law but he didn't want to get everyone else in trouble.

Cecilia looked up towards Chris' voice. "You know, anything they find out of the usual. Most likely items like stolen goods, dead bodies, traces of dark magic, anything they say we shouldn't posses," Cecilia said with a shrug. "Just make sure you do not own aything illegal and stay out of their way and you will be fine," she said with a smile.

Chris nodded "Well, you can talk to them." he said still alittle scyptial if the where here for a regual inspectiion of if they suspected somthing of them. He glanced at his watch they should be here soon.
