Germany listened to the quiet noise Netherlands made and held him for a minute longer before things got awkward. SOmbe lady jogger was bouncing on by, and cast them a weird look before continuing on down the path.

Netherlands cheeks became a deep red, desperately searching for something to hide his embarrassment. He huffed and buried his face into the German, heat radiating from his cheeks.

Once the jogger was gone, Germany gave a nervous chuckle, rubbing the back of his neck. "Vell... zhat was veird." he said, trying to lighten the mood. He could feel Netherlands increase in body temperature against his chest and waited for him to relax.

Netherlands laughed after awhile and chuckled, "You go that right." All his embarrassment from before disappeared, leaving him laughing.

Germany chuckled, and waded over towards the grassy bank and took a seat, leaving his legs in the warm water.

Netherlands huffed as he looked down in the water, still believing something was down there. He climbed a tall rock and stood at the very edge, looking into the deep pool of water. He cannonballed in with a yowl of excitement.

Germany watched with amusement, seeing the other country completely forget his fear of whatever was lurking in the deep, and rested further onto his hands as he looked out over the pond.

Netherlands laughed as he reappeared from the surface, "You have to try that!" He smirked and crossed his arms over his chest, "Unless your too scared."

"Nein." Germany said. "Id rather not. And I am not scared."

Netherlands smirked, "Alright. Your missing out on the fun." He laughed and ran a hand through his spiky hair.
