Netherlands yawned as he quickly changed into more comfortable clothes. He straightened out the wrinkles in his shirt and flopped back on the bed.

Germany sat on the edge of the bed quietly. He ran his hands through his hair as he thought to himself.

Netherlands buried himself under the covers of his bed, the fabric tickling his nose. He turned off the light and turned over, his face buried informs pillow.

Unable to sleep, and experiances still fresh on his mind, Germany wandered around the house for a bit, unable to help himself. He kept quiet though, not wanting to disrupt Netherlands

Netherlands slept peacefully, his head covered by the blanket. His gentle snoring kept any outside noise from distracting him.

Germany sat on the porch outside, just listening to the sounds of the windmills and the wind. It was calming, but he still couldn't sleep. He was afraid to. The german looked down, seeing a block of wood and picked it up. He thought for a moment, then pulled out his pocket knife and began to shave away at the wood all throught the night.

Netherlands yawned as he got out of his bed, his spiky hair messy. He walked over to the kitchen to get a glass of water. Once he drank the water and placed the glass back, he turned to go back to bed. He spotted the German and opened the door, sitting next to him, "Whatcha making?" He asked curiously.

Germany stopped his carving, jumping slightly when Netherlands popped up. He relaxed though, and showed him the Cross, very similar to the one he wore around his neck all the time.

Netherlands smiled, "Wow. That's really cool." He said, admiring the wooden cross.

He handed it over to Netherlands. "You can have it." he said, then leaned back on his hands. "As a thank you, for everything, ja."
