I looked at my brother and punched his arm not so gently as I pointed over to the small group of kids talking."Should we go over?" I asked him then I sighed hearing him speak through his mind.He told me no and that he didn't want to go over since they all looked normal and he had claws for finger nails and three tails.I sighed "well too bad i'm going over." I walked over to the small group of three kids."Uh hey i'm Naga...me and my half brother Lavei are new here and I was wondering if you knew were we would be staying by any chance."

I rolled my eyes as my sister gave me her answer and just waltzed over to the group of three normal looking kids.I sighed and followed her.As I walked up to her side I felt out of place with having three different colored tails.A short black one in the middle and a white and tan one on the sides.The fingernails on my right hand were bear claws and the fingernails on my left hand were eagle talons.

personallity: Lavei is a fun and cheerful teenage boy. Lavei is known as the King of Laughter. He can make anyone laugh,even the grumpiest person can't stand to laugh at one of Lavei's tricks/pranks. Lavei is also a hard-core,serious,and protective boy. He knows his responsibilities well and is very protective over the ones he cares about.

As if it isn't obvious.
Chiyo's main mutation is, well, all of her. Her entire body, including her face, is covered on orangish/yellow fur. She has huge animal ears, no regular ears, and a really bushy tail. Her fingers are a lot like an animals paws, but the fingers are thicker, and she has large claws. Her feet are pawlike as well, with little pads on the bottom and claws on her toes, but shaped kinda like a humans.
Her vocal cords were also mutated a bit, as were her teeth. Her canines are longer then a normal humans, almost like fangs, but both the top and bottom are long. The rest of her teeth are sharp to, just not as long. When she speaks, her voice is a little rough, almost, and it sounds like a cat meowing. Yes, you can understand her fine, but she just... meows. When scared, angry, or surprised, she mews or hisses just like a cat.
She can purr like a cat as well. It's kinda like wiring. The wiring travels from her brain to the muscles in the voice box, and this wiring is able to vibrate the muscles so that they act as a valve for air flowing past the voice box. The muscles work both during inhalation and exhalation, which creates the impression that she can purr continuously. The air passes through the valve, which opens and closes rapidly to create the purring sound.

Personality:
The first word that comes to mind to describe Chiyo is shy. She gets really very nervous around people she doesn't know, and her ears always go flat and her tail between her legs. She finds it hard to even look up from the ground when she's in very large crowds.
Another word for her is sweet. She's actually a real nice girl under the thick layer of shyness, and if you can break the ice, you can meet that nice part of her. She's helpful and kind, and she would never tell you a lie unless it was something like... how your food tastes. She can keep any type of secret if you wanted her to, but if its a danger to you, she might tell someone. Mind you, its only to help, not to harm.
The third and last word for her is dependent. Unlike cats, she needs someones helps, or at least thinks she does. If you offer her friendship, she'll probably grasp at it like a lifeline.

Chiyo had been sitting in the back of the bus, doing her best to keep hidden, which wasn't easy. Some of the other more normal looking mutants had stared at her when she had first entered, and she hated it. I'm a freak even to the freaks. She thought miserably. She waited until everyone left before standing up. Head bowed, tail between her legs, and ears flat, she stepped off the bus.At least I'm away from my so called 'parents'. She thought, though it did nothing to make her feel better.

Winter came to a halt when she realized she had no idea where she would be living. Her eyes still closed, she shouted, "Anyone know where I live?" She could feel the eyes of a bunch of teens on her, and grinned.
"Why are your eyes closed?" One asked.
"Cause I'm blind. And because I don't see why I shouldn't close em." Winter said, smiling. There was a short silence.
"Oh."
Winter laughed. "Why do people get uncomfortable when I tell them that?" She opened her eyes and watched the blue threads wind through the air. "Okay, for reals, where the heck am I staying?"

Kiran looked at the two newcomers, and nodded. "Yeah. I'm pretty sure I know what house is yours." He gave them a small smile and turned around.

"Tired of being what you want me to be..."

Vesper was about to say something when Blade ran into her. She wheeled around and glared at him before looking at the other people crowding around. She was used to people crowding around her, but in a place like this it was getting on her nerves,
"Alright people, give me some space here," she said, taking a step away from the group. She wished there was some electricity around to channel so she could shock them. That would be hilarious.
She was glad when some other new people showed up. Maybe that would take the worst of the welcoming off of her for at least a minute.

I gave Kiran a smile as he said he knew were we were staying "thank you uh...what's your name?" I asked politely.

Lavei
I moved away from the small group and my sister and when I saw girl.That looked different like me I quickly walked over.I didn't feel so out of place anymore since this girl didn't look normal.I smiled "hey there,i'm Lavei."

Vesper rolled her eyes at Blade,
"Really? I didn't notice! Your powers of perception are incredible!" she said. The bitter sarcasm in her voice was quite obvious.
