Peeta grimaced as he stepped off his chariot, dressed in his flaming black coal suit. He was ready to get to the interviews and be done with the ordeal.
Zara grinned broadly at the last of the crowd as she jumped off her chariot, instantly being swarmed by her stylists to prepare her for the interviews. Her costume wasn't a dress, but more like semi-revealing armor with a large axe that she had to hold. The top was made of pressed leaves, shellacked with something to keep them together, and the bottoms were made of hemp with a leather belt.
(same outfit, different person.)

Caesar's face broke into a smile as he rounded the corner. The grumbling of the crowd escalated into a roar as the famous interviewer walked across the polished wood stage.
"Welcome, welcome, ladies and gentlemen...to the 74Th Hunger Games!" Caesar's hair was died blue, with a sparkling, deep indigo suit.
"May I now present to you... Glimmer, District One Tribute!"
Haymitch:
He felt a little better after his Prep Team dressed him into a clean, white shirt and long, tailored pants. A black leather jacked was put on over that, giving his appearance a little edge. Yellow-Hair fussed over his jacket, finally deciding to let it hang open. She tousled his hair to make it a little spiked.
"Perfect! Now, go and make the sponsors love you!" The woman cooed and sent him off to the area behind the stage. I still don't know her name... Oh well. Haymitch thought. I'll just look at the other tributes...
