Zero is one of those tall, handsome guys that you see walking down the street, but never returns your wave or even glances your way. He's very reserved and hates talking about what happened to him (the pro-bending accident) - actually, he hates talking in general because it hurts his scarred throat. He's more of a loner than an outcast, but won't hesitate to draw attention to himself when he wants it, especially when he's in a fight or wants to be heard. Doesn't like firebenders in particular, mostly because he was almost killed by one, even if it wasn't on purpose. He's just someone who's very angry with the world and everyone in it, but if you take the right steps you might be able to befriend him. Underneath, he's actually a nice, loyal guy who just wants to fit in with everyone else. However, he tends to be really aggressive and gets into a lot of fights.
Other:
He was injured during a pro-bending tournament by a firebender, which resulted in his right eye going blind (hence the patch over it, because it has ugly scars), terrible scars across his chest where his clothes were burned, and almost losing the ability to speak. His neck is bandaged to hide the scars and now his voice always sounds scratchy and deep, which shows just how bad it was. He doesn't compete anymore because of this.

Maji is one of those energetic and bubbly girls who loves the color pink. She hates the thought of even hurting anyone or anything - so she's a vegetarian - but if it's any harm to her friends or family, she'll defend them with her life. Is actually rather intelligent despite how she acts and can be very sly when it comes to getting information or finding out the right secrets in gossip. Although she may seem pretty confident, she usually doubts herself and has trouble thinking positive about what she sees in the mirror. Can be a huge flirt around cute guys, and is a daydreamer who wants to grow up and settle down. Absolutely loves pro-bending and it's been a dream of hers to be on a team, but she doesn't think she's good enough.
