Toward the back of the line of those waiting to enlist, and tall, both dark and light figure stood, dusting off a rather large hat that he was holding, though said white and red striped hat normally sat on his head. For the most part, he seemed normal, just wearing a nice black suit rather than average clothing, compared to some of the others. That was, except for his red eyes when they were noticed, and his very fair completion that was light enough that it was almost white.
But those were just what was generally firstly noticed. Under his dark tailcoat, something hung down from underneath, and happened to be a tail rather than an article of clothing as it seemed at first, until it curled or flicked or swished while the rest of the clothing that it blended with did not. And as for his hair that was almost black like his clothing and tail, it was slightly curly, except for two triangular sections that almost seemed to shape a pair of ears. Turns out, that was exactly what they were, and occasionally they drooped or pricked, depending.
