The boy snarled, not even flinching at the pain, and sunk his teeth into her shoulder, enamel scraping bone. He dug his claws into her arms and grabbed the rapier, then pushed away and threw the weapon, landing on all fours, keeping weight off of his injured limb.

Voede fell to the floor, she grasped her bloodied shoulder "Thanks to you I may need another metal limb!" She said angrily. She walked toward him, in a freakishly calm matter then kicked his shin with metal leg, then smashing her metal elbow into the side of his skull "You done yet, freak?!"

The boy just stood there, motionless, refusing to attack but refusing to speak. His eyes were a soft purple now, fading into blue...

Suddenly, it became apparent that he was starting to feel pain, his eyes glazing as they kept turning blue, a strangled whimper issuing from his throat.
