Salem looked at his hand, a scratch welling up on the top of it. He laughed. "Yeah, I'll live. Just a scratch," Salem snickered. "Guess I gotta learn not to just randomly reach for little tails on a demon child," He said, watching as Arya took the baby. "Did you find a name for him?" He asked, looking away after a look from Arya as she lifted a wing to shield herself so she could feed. "OUCH!" She yelped behind her wing. "Xander, he's got your grip. I can't get my finger from him," She laughed lightly.

Xander laughed softly "crap..we have out hands full...I think he just want to make sure hes not leaving his mother again" he smiled, then looked at Salem "Arya does..though i'm a horrible mate and it slipped my mind.." he chuckled softly.

"Akay..ow...Akayden," Arya said behind her wing. Salem snickered. "Is the ow in there too?" He asked. Arya answered him with a low growl of irritation, her tail thumping heavily on the bed.

"Thanks love..sorry bout this" he said softly,placing a hand on her back, before looking at Salem "Really..your gonna tick her off?" he asked with a chuckle

Arya looked over her wing, lowering it a bit. "Sorry for what? " She asked and grimaced when he put his hand behind her back. "I didn't intend to, was just being a brother," Salem said. "I'm going to leave and let her get some rest and let you bond with your little one. I'll drop by later when my sister isn't being a crab..OW!" Salem yelped as he walked by, Arya slapping him across the leg with her tail, narrowing her eyes. "YOU carry a wiggly one around in your belly for nine months and then give birth," She growled, baring her fangs at her brother. He put up his hands in surrender. "OK OK, Sorry. I'll see you later Xander," Salem said and left, the sound of his sister growling following him out into the hall as he closed the door.

Xander paused, watching Salem leave and sat down on the egde of the bed "I was talking about you in alot of pain..mostly from out sons grip.." he chuckled softly. he kissed her head softly "When you wish to rest you just need to say so, and I'll take over keeping him calm"

Claire sighed in relife when she found the note "There there hun, Mamma just went for a walk. she'll be home soon." she turned around and smiled happily hearing a cry from down the hall "Lets go see out new famil member!"
