Briar glanced back and forth between Daisy and...Arita, apparently. He could tell Arita was more of a loner than a group person. In fact, it was obvious. If he wanted to be friends with her, he would probably have a tough time breaking the ice. Daisy and Shiki seemed like nice, open people. Suddenly tired of being in this animal form without doing anything, Briar concentrated on changing, a picture of his human form painted in his mind. Slowly, his body transformed, and Briar stood once again on his two feet, stretching. 'Ah, it's good to be in human skin.' Not that being a pig was any less fun, but it would take a bit to get used to it. Ruffling his hair, he wondered who the other people like him were, and what they were like.
With nothing to do, and not really in the mood to stick around a rock, he decided to chase after Arita. It would be more fun, and besides, he wanted to talk. Talking was good, and led him to realise more things about a person than simply observing them. Taking a minute to stretch his legs, Briar raced off into the trees, listening to the sounds ahead of him, which he was sure was caused by the tigress. He smiled at the challenge of keeping up with her, and she was in his range of his ability to sense her.

I've been dumped a boatload of work to do before college, so I will post when I can. Life is my nemesis.
'Tis the season! Here, a lovely song in commemoration of the holidays:
Oh Come, EmmanuelA wonderful interpretation by a couple of guys who just enjoy playing music.
