Biyu Beifong

Biyu slowly stood up, narrowing her eyes at the man. She then sighed a little and kept her hands out ahead of her slightly, scanning the area cautiously. Once she was sure no more would come, she striaightened, brushing the dirt off of her pants non-chalantly. She then walked over to Ragen and looked up up and down, her eyes narrowing through the holes of the mask.
"Thank you, but I didn't need your aid. More specifically, aid from a Firebender." She said monotonely, turning away and brushing her cloak off now,"Why did you help me anyways? You gain nothing from it." She said, a dark tone in her voice.
She slowl began to turn away, going back to looking at everything.

Ragen's mood darkened, " if it weren't for me, you'd be electrocuted." He narrowed his eyes, " Plus, it's an equalist, i gain from it." He sighed," Why do you think of firebenders so bad, especially after one went out of his way to help you?" He glanced around, for more equalists, then returned his gaze to Biyu.

Biyu Beifong

Biyu kept her back to him, her tone unchanging when she spoke.
"And I thanked you for it." She answered simply shifting her weight to be more balanced as she stood there.
She heard him ask questions and she looked to her feet momentarily, memories of sakura blossoms filling her mind. She grunted and stiffened her body once again, turning a cold shoulder to Ragen.
"The same reason that I left my home is the same reason why I now avoid Firebenders. Mostly because they have shown me one thing that I will never be able to forgive them for." She said harshly and took a step from him,"And as I alreayd said, I thank you, but if you're so persistent, here," She grumbled, and drew out two gold coins before she threw them at his feet,"Take that as my thanks. I ask for no further aid."
Biyu began to walk away her body nothing, but another shadow. She felt the faintest vibrations of footsteps beside her and her eyes doubled as she spun around, sending her fists down and slamming them into the earth, sending a jet of dirt up into the sneaky Equalist's face. She panted a little, and didn't have enough time to react as another one came up behind her her and nailed a pressure point in her back. She gaged in a struggled pain as she fell forward slightly, before she tried to spin around and send rock into his face, but he immediately hit a pressure point in her arm, making her cry out wildly as she still fought, kciking and punching wildly. The Equalist slammed in ther into the ground, knowcking her air out, and bending down, ripping her mask right off, leaving a thoroughly angry, hateful earthbender beneath it. She gasped out shakily, her golden orbs narrowed and cold, pale skin covering her cheeks, her lips beautifuly plump and simple.
"Watch how you spend time." she hissed to the Equalist before she grabbed a rock and brought it up swiftly, nailing him in the head, knocking him out, and leacving her laying there, breathless, in pain, and her identity now revealed.

Ragen walked up, and dropped the to coins on her. " i'm Ragen Abernonthy."He said, the last name an obvious give away to his family's riches. He placed a hand out to help her up. He recognized her face, but would wait for her to name herself.

Biyu Beifong

Biyu closed her eyes briefly, sighing irritably. She opened them though ith she felt the gold coins bounce onto her chest, and she looked up ihim slight confusion. She frowned as he introduced himself before he offered his hand.
"Biyu Beifong," She said simply, glaring at him as she took his hand only as long as needed before she cast it away like it burned her.
The young woman stood, still sore from the Equalist's attack. She stared at the man challengingly, knowing that he could see her eye now, her ugly scar. She paused, nothing but her shallow breathing peircing the silence as she watched him, expecting him to flinch, or stare at her with the same horror as any other would. She snapped his hand away and her lips grew into a thin line, her eyes colder than ever.
"I have my reasons for hating Firebenders, Sparky," She snapped, gaining a bit of her Grandmothers old stubborness,"And this only makes my reasons a bit more... Resonable. Got it. Now, yoou tell me," She hissed and pushed him back with one hand before she stepped back and folded her arms, her expressions serious,"Why do you stick around?" She questioned, her voice ending on an uncaring note.
This man actually made her think of her brother, and it irritated her to no end.

Ragen didn't stare, but glanced around, then looked back at her like a normal being. " why not?" He said simply. He shrugged, then sighed. " i don't care if you hate me, but try to keep it to yourself." He added, looking at her with a raised eyebrow.

Biyu was definitly caught off-guard by the look he gave her, but she didn't let him see that. Instead she frowned and glared at him as he answered her question with a question.
"Oh great!" She announced, leaking with sarcasm,"I was saved by the worlds least known scholar," She grumbled, fake bowing and showing no signs of a amusement,"How grateful I should be." She groaned befre she turned away from him.
Biyu caught his second comment and she looked up, a small, nearly unnoticable spark of amusement in her eyes.
"I don't think you need to fret about that. I'm surprised I've been keeping the conversation up with you." She sighedrolling her eyes in annoyance.

((All I know is that Biyu and Ragen are hangin after being attacked by =ists. also vbolin and korra I THINK were caught by the =ists.))

Ragen nodded, ignoring her first comment. " I'm surprised i'm keeping a conversation, in general." He looked at her, " I'm not exactly a people person, but i wouldn't act so hostile to anyone, except equalists." He stuffed his hands into his pockets.

{Jeez... my charries were caught so long ago, I've been waiting for everyone to get caught so I could jump back in. Reading some, I thought I'd lost track of the RP and everyone had been captured. Guess I just gotta... wait a bit longer lol}
