Melanie sat in her room fiddling with her fingers she sighed and stared out the window.

Rose stopped at Melanie's room and quietly knocked.

She stood up and opened the door to see Rose "well don't just stand there come on in" she said gesturing her inside.

Rose smiled and walked inside. "Thanks!"

She shut the door quietly "are you as terrified as me" she asked flopping down on the bed.

Rose plumped herself down in a chair and sighed. "Ya. Some parts I don't think will be so bad." She looked out the window of the train thinking. "Are you sad that your name was drawn?"

"Well it really doesn't matter,i don't have anyone to live for anymore and if i do make it out alive the luxuries are being thrown in a big mansion with everyone else who makes it out alive but hey thats good for you isn't it no more orphanage?" she said with a smile "and you know what i don't think any of us should be terrified" she said to her.
