Having pale grey eyes that seem to fade to a pale blue through out a day often makes people drawn to her eyes without a second thought. There is nearly always hazel flecks in her left eye which means that her eyes just change in color. Neon has very fair skin that seems lighter than light and never nearly tans. People do find it amazing how she stays so pale. Her height is five feet, ten inches deeming her tall as her weight is 125 pounds making her "skin and bones". As her hair falls down her back in a "high fashion mullet cut" it rings around in white curls.
Personality;;
Neon seems to be shy and quiet, a girl who barely speaks to strangers. Many people think of this as a good trait for in life and seeming to barely speak to her own friends. She just feels out of place here in general since she recently found out she is one of the Avatars. It was just awkward for her to talk now seeing as though she would have a new life.
This small girl is also very physical, if she is angry she will punch you across the face, and she can throw a punch for her size. If she is happy she will not have any second thoughts and kiss you on the cheek and hug you like there is no tomorrow. If she is hyper, she will run laps around the room to tire herself out. Neon is not average at all compared to many girls.
Neon is very stubborn, to a point where if she doesn't get what she wants she will get it. She has proven this through many various ways, but the most prominent was the fact she sweet talked to some older people to give her this without a second though. Often she was looked upon as the odd child who seemed to be from other nations since she didn't seem to be completely pacifist as a child.
Though it is thought by her actions that Neon is not a pacifist, she is a pacifist considering that she needs to be angry at a person to punch them, but considering she says sorry, it is proven that she is most often blinded by anger at that point. She is not the only Air Bender who has done things violent though. It is her belief that everything should have a chance at living and the teaching she was taught as a child.
Unlike most Air Benders, Neon rarely believes in praying and such. Religion plays a small role in her life and often lives by what she deems okay and not okay. She does believe there is larger forces that cause things, such as destiny and karma, but not necessarily gods and such. It's deemed that she just stares off into space during praying time and simply thinking and not praying.

As she grew up in the Western Air Temples, it was like she knew that learning this wasn't as far as she could go since it seemed she learned the thirty-six tiers of Air Bending as a child at merely ten. Even at twelve she had figured out a few moves of her own that she had no idea how to recreate to teach others. Often she wondered why she was suck here since she did want to wander the world.
As she turned fifteen, the sisters of the Western Air Temple she lived at finally gave her permission if she covered up her air bending marking to travel the three other nations, which she had and settled upon the Southern Water Tribe for six months before she went to the center of the Earth Nation to watch what the Earth benders did. This did not interest her one bit and she eventually went back to the Western Air Temples.
When she came home, it was about four months before her seventeenth birthday and the monks and sisters had believed she should visit the Southern Air Temple to meet other Air Benders beyond the feminine gender and loved it so much, up until she was finally told she is one of the Avatars of our time. She was more or less surprised of the fact she would have two other siblings. Neon did not find this pleasant since she now had to master three other elements.

Neon is usually wearing a loose fitting earthy grey long sleeve shirt and baggy pants of the same color, making her look more like a man than a girl if it wasn't for her hips and face. Occasionally she will wear make up if she is dressing up to meet someone along with a small dress, which she keeps in the single bag she wears over a single shoulder. She does not wear shoes or socks, but instead an anklet on her right ankle from one of her friends at the Western Air Temples.

A small winged lemur, much like Momo from Avatar: The Last Airbender. Its a girl who is named Blu.

Neon has a staff that folds out into a glider along with a few fans that are very sharp at the ends for close combat if needed.

Neon has the usual blue arrows that accompany a Master Air Bender as the arrows that flow from her head to her hands to her feet as Aang had. She also has her ears pierced but never wears earring in them.

Did not have one at the Western Air Temples besides running errands for the sisters there. At the Southern Air Temples she did not have a job either besides studying a much older Master Air Bender.

Having dark brown eyes, that almost seem black nearly never show emotion except for in a few occasions. Often people mistaken his eyes for black though very few people have noticed that it's just a very dark brown that blends with the pupil more than anything than being the pupil. His skin is fairly tanned, just not super dark. It's like one people get when they work outside for hours a day, but don't naturally burn or tan greatly. Zatch stands at a tall six feet, six inches and is a small 170 pounds. Often his friends seem to notice that he is very strong for being "skin and bones". His hair is often styled how ever he woke up, being slightly over grown, coming down to the base of his neck, and a dark brown just like his eyes.
Even though his is light weight, he is fairly muscular.
Personality;;
Zatch is loud and never near shy. Though he is described as loud, it's not like he is screaming or yelling, but projecting his voice much louder than many people. Nearly all of these people tell him to be quiet even though he knows that if they bend they are often bending for the words of reasons. They do not have a pure drive that can go on forever.
His drive is a mere fact that he wants to avenge his sister's death, and prove that she did not ever die in vain. Often most people think that his drive is a cruel drive, but if his sister had not died, he would not have been bending today. Zatch just wants to prove that she had taught him well with her teachings that were pure. He is often seen as quiet oddly by his parents.
Zatch is fairly modest and treats people with the respect they deserve unless they want him to be informal to them, which occasionally does happen. He has had that experience with some officials that are his friends parents who told him you are a son to us and such. Often this is a good trait that most people see in him.
He is also fairly nice to people and believes that the genocide of the many Air Benders is wrong and that his government deserves to be punished for that even more severilly. Though he does believe that all living objects should live, he often attempts to kill people with his fire bending, making him quite the hypocrite.
Zatch is also very rude to people who are rude to him, or very kind to those who treat him kind. Often if he does get angry at you, he may end up wishing you dead, which always isn't good since he has accidentally burned things as a child.

Growing up near Fire Nation Capitol, often his parents were involved with the various things that had happened through out the monarchy government. Occasionally his older sister by five years would teach him small bending traits, which he picked up with ease oddly since neither of their parents could bend.
Eventually his sister turned sixteen when he was only eleven and was in her first unofficial Agni Kai with one of her friends that was also a bender out in the feilds of their village. It seemed like his sister would win, if it wasn't that she was getting very tired as her friend stayed at the same energy the whole time, absorbing her attacks easily. Her friend was raised to fuel his bending by anger and such unlike her sister. Soon enough her friend had delievered the final blow, causing his sister to collapse to the ground, dead. Enraged, he had blasted his sister's former friend to the ground, seriously burned as he ran home crying his eyes dry. Scared and lonely.
Eventually he had grown out of this and ended up seeming to mute to his family and very loud to his freinds, just like the guy he is today. This was about three years ago and nearing four years after his sisters death. Eventually he had left the Fire Kingdom recently to stay in the Earth Kingdom, not wanting to deal with his past that much anymore.
