Ali asked. A knife seemed to appear in her hand from out of no where, and she pointed it threateningly at his toes.

Sporadic user- I haven't been on in a while, but I'll be back to RP when my exams let me. Looking forward to it!

If you listen closely you can hear me cringing at all the purple prose I wrote on this green hellscape of a website circa 2011-2014.

Wildmagic_warrior wrote:"If you want me to understand you," replied the captain now that he was in his human skin, "You're going to have to shift out and speak Common." Walking forwards, he yanked the lockpicking kit from the door and pocketed it. "And I don't think you'll have to worry about the owner of this- not for long, anyways." When the tigress was safely in her room, the captain closed the door and didn't wait for her to lock it. He had more important things that needed attending to. For one, he needed to find Willkes and get him down here on the double to mop up this blood. It wouldn't do to have the morning shift come downstairs to find the floor congealing like rotted meat.
Turning around, the man strode back up the passage and climbed the ladder, thumping the hatch shut behind him. His boots were covered in blood, and he only realized that he was tracking it across the deck when he came to the door of the mess cabin. Opening it, he stepped in and whistled to alert the crew to his presence. Six games of dice, four of cards, and three drinking competitions ended abruptly. "Lieutenant Willkes, front and center." The black man stood up, snapping off a salute before striding forwards. "Yes, sir?" The captain turned around and strode out of the hall. A small wave of laughter rippled through the crew as Willkes followed the captain out onto the deck. He was in for something, that was for sure. Oh, how had Willkes screwed up? That was the chatter that started now. As far as anyone knew, the dark man had had a perfect record of service.
