"Why do you keep saying that?" Heath asked, turning around as she walked around him. He grabbed her wrist, preventing her from leaving. "I need you here." He said, his eyes pleading. El listened from outside, wishing she wouldn't have said anything.

"Heath we have totally different life styles and you have your sister. I can't let her just be ignored like that. I'm sorry..." Amethyst said and started prying her fingers from her wrist. "I just don't know how it would work..."

"We could work it out together." Heath said. El was about ready to go around the corner.

Ice ran her fingers through her hair and began to sing. She placed a arm on a fern, and it curled around her wrist, growinga deeper green and getting larger.

Amethyst nodded slightly, "Alright, but you have to talk to your sister first." She finally got her wrist free. "I'll be in town." Her last words before she left.

Rowan was stopped halfway down the hallway by one of the elven servants. "Sir, there is a banquet for lunch that you must attend. Several ladies will be there and we need you to meet them." He sighed. "And Sage?" He asked. The servant nodded. "Will be there as well. Your parents wish you to dress in your best attire." They bowed to each other and Rowan turned back to his room, grumbling all the way. ((what if you had ice crash it?))

Heath felt his heart jump when she finally agreed. As soon as she left, El entered. She stared at him, smirking, and he gave her a genuine smile; one of the wide, ear-to-ear ones. El couldn't help but smile back, and she gave him a huge bear hug. "Score!" She said, hugging him as tight as she could. He laughed, nodding. ((nannerz, also could you do me a favor and play Sage? I really want him to fall in love with El again, but he's my charrie. The form is on one of the first pages, can you read through it and play him? Please?))

Amethyst ran to town and had a small smile on her face. She went to go use one of her few coins for food. Her stomach growled and went in the bakery first.

"Can she stay here?" Heath asked, pulling away from his sister. She nodded, smiling. "Thanks sissy, I love you." He said, giving her a quick kiss on the cheek and running out to town. El continued to smile. "I love you too." She whispered, and her smile faded into a grimace which turned into tears. She sank to the ground, the tears streaming down her face as she realized how alone she really was now. And all she could think about was Sage, his face imprinted in her mind. But he hated her now, so it was useless. The feeling was useless. And she was useless to him.

Sage slipped into the forest and stayed in the shadows. He had never hated El, he had just not gotten it through to his head. Sage would occasionally think of El and hoped she was ok. The thing was was that he thought she hated him for the way he was, being royalty, crippled arm, and maybe what they had did.

Amethyst ate a small piece of bread and had a few strawberries. She was thinking and not really waiting. though she had told Heath where she would be.

El sighed, wiping her tears away, and slipped out of the tree. She grabbed the deer and dragged them in, beginning to clean them in hopes of getting Sage out of her head. It didn't work.

Rowan silently cursed the universe. WHERE IS SAGE AND WHY ISN'T HE GETTING READY?!?!?!?!?!? He yelled silently.

Heath ran through the forest, dodging trees and fallen logs and brooks. He burst through some undergrowth and into town, searching for Amethyst. He didn't find her, but he began to walk so he could.
