Ice walked into her bedroom, pushing Alliana and saegorean off. She extinguished the lantern and pulled the curtians acros the window. She sat cross legged in the dark, thinking

Heath sprinted after Amethyst, grabbing her arm and spinning her around to face him. He merely breathed for a few moments. "El isn't the one who wants you to stay so much, I am. I want you to stay more than anything. When you walked away just then, I felt like you had taken a piece of me with you, a piece that I would never have been able to get back if you left. I am begging you, don't leave me. I am begging you to stay." Heath said, his voice rising and falling with dramatics he wasn't used to having.

Rowan fell asleep immediately. His dreams were haunted with the face of Ice. Some of the pictures he had of her were memories, others things that his mind made up. Then, he remembered a ball where he danced with her. They were both extremely young, but he had remembered her as the most beautiful girl in the world at that time. Her mother took her away before they could finish dancing. But, he knew he would hold onto that moment as a child and vowed one day to find her. He didn't realize how strong that vow actually was.

Ice woke up suddenly, sitting upright before slumping, with her head in her hands. She had had memories dreams of that dance to. " Alliana" She said, changing and running into the forest with Alliana at her side. She always went for midnight runs when she was confused

Rowan woke with a start and looked out into the surrounding darkness of the night. He took off his shirt, and put on a pair of flannel pajama bottoms. He looked around his room carefully, making sure no one was watching and slipped out of the window, his hawk-like grace helping him fly through the air and land in a tree swiftly and almost silently. He dropped down from the branch he had landed on, his barefeet feeling the cool ground beneath. He began to walk in a random direction, smelling the cool night air. The moonlight made his hair look black coated in silver, and his bare torso shone with inhuman elegance.

Ice ran near sighlently through the woods. Alliana ran by her side, before tensing and giving a low growl

Amethyst breathed in and looked a bit shocked. She had no idea what he had thought of her being there," I-i don't know....." She wasn't sure if she should stay. Amethyst let out the breath she had been holding.

Rowan froze, the sound of an animal's unhappiness sounding beside him. He looked down at the creature once, before backing into the shadows of a nearby tree. It turned his figure into a silouhette, not to be seen or recognized. Or so he hoped.

"Please, I know I may look like I'm going to kill you half the time and the other half I'm not there but it can get better. Hopefully I won't swing a sword your way anymore." Heath said, his eyes warm like a pond on a summer's day.

Ice whirled, drawing two knives. " Whos there?" She hissed, Alliana, continuing to growl

Amethyst's head was spinning and her heart started to pound. She finally looked up at him," i-i can't..." Amethsyt's eyes started filling with tears. She had always lived by wondering around and only having enough money for food. Amethyst couldn't let them do anything more than they had to. She started backing away wondering if he would get mad at her.
