Takoda did his best to dodge all of Brutis's attacks but it was almost useless. This winged wolf had way more experience in fighting his own kind then he did. Takoda grunted as Brutis tackled him down into the forest ground below with a loud thud.

Brutis distanced himself from Takoda as Takoda got up" So what are you doing on our lands traitor.. did our leader make it clear he wanted you no where near our lands" He said with a growl and Takoda merely shook it off like it was nothing" I was passing through with my friends" He said somewhat tired even if he had been full of energy even he knew he couldn't take on Brutis alone. Brutis was stronger and faster then Takoda which was a real problem.

Brutis snarled at him" Passing through with fire benders!?" Takoda glared at him" Not all fire benders are bad they sure aren't and I am not just travelling with Fire benders also water benders, earth benders and non benders" Brutis huffed at his explanation" I suppose your going to tell me you were travelling with an air bender too make it a big group of outcasts just like you" He said growling as he circled Takoda.

Takoda merely watched him" as a matter of fact there is an air bender with us" Brutis snorted a laugh" Oh really oh you are a laugh Takoda.. a traitor who bands together with a group of benders to do what exactly ..?" He asked raising a brow at him. Takoda huffed at him" I am not telling the likes of you because you'll sell this information to the highest bitter" Brutis shrugged slightly not phased by his words" Yes I would to protect my clan.. at least I didn't run away after losing the princess like you did then join the fire bender prince on a mascaraed through the nations like you did or leave her in the fire nation like you did" He said before smirking" I bet you she's dead and if she is you are to blame Takoda..don't you forget that if she dies not only are you not welcomed here you will be forever known as the winged traitor who killed princess Corona" Takoda snarled at his words but Brutis just grinned at him" Its got a nice ring to it doesn't it.."

Takoda launched himself at Brutis who merely stood up on his hind legs and smashed his paw hard into Takoda's face watching him bounce off the ground with a thud. Takoda groaned out as he stood back up and looked over at Brutis who just stood there" Well aren't you going to kill me" Brutis stopped and thought for a moment before shaking his head" No cause I want you to live in misery when you see Princess Corona and if she dies you'll only be more miserable I get to watch you be in more pain that way but let me warn you Takoda no winged wolf wants to be anywhere near you not now not ever" He growled out before charging at him. Takoda did his best to defend himself but was only met with brute force.

Brutis grabbed him by the scruff of his throat not caring that he had broken through the skin and launched him off into a near by tree. Takoda yelped out in pain feeling his back smack hard into the wood before falling onto his chest. Brutis walked over to him and placed a paw on Takoda's back making him wince" Even if this war stops.. you will forever be hated by the world even if she comes back alive you will be known as the Scarred Traitor." He mumbled before getting off of him and turned around to walk away" Have a nice life Takoda.." He said in a sarcastic tone before spreading out his wings and flying off into the forest.

Takoda grunted as he forced himself up off the ground and glared in Brutis's direction" This isn't over..far from it" He growled out before heading back into the direction Aang and the others were heading in.
