I walked around, wondering where everyone was. She put her hair behind her ears, yawning. She was pretty tired for some reason. She looked at the sky, finding cool shapes in the clouds.

Skye gave out a huff, blowing a few hair strands out of her face. She took a long look at her once white beautiful wings. They were now bloody and...at the looks of it broken. But perhaps they would heal soon. Because of the adrenaline she couldn't feel a thing. But soon it would wear off and would hurt...right? Skye had never injured her wings before. She wasn't sure if it would hurt or not...or if any adrenaline was even there.
