((hey there guys! its great, we're getting our long list filled up, Nico is accepted, there is no district nine boy, and as for a sister, thats perfectly okay to link him up with Kira, but you couldnt really have a brother seeing as we ca only have ONE boy from 9.
I see that the polls are filling up and starting from the reaping is favoured, perhaps we'll want to start thinking about how each charrie was chosen? you guys might have volunteered for someone? districts 1, 2, and 4, usually do this.))

I am confused a bit. He is accepted. But him and Kira can or can't be related?
