I looked around in awe at all the buildings and people of the Capitol. Video cameras were watching all the tributes' every moves, sending a live show to all the Districts, probably. I glanced at one of the cameras before looking away. I was ushered to a large building and given directions to a room in the building. I followed the directions and opened the door of the room. Inside were the other tributes. I paused before walking quietly inside.

Anna's eyes flicked around the District 3 train. When it finally pulled in, she stumbled out. She had spent her train time staring at the wall, thinking, being as quiet as possible. Her mother had given her a heartfelt goodbye, and since she had seen her sister in years, she could only hope Kyra was alright. Looking around frantically, she searched for a familiar face. Suddenly, she spotted Rulie. She..was reaped? A bitterness stung her on the inside; a 12-year-old should not be meant to go through this. Looking around, she spotted the District 10 male tribute, Jace, giving the crowd a smile. She growled under her breath; why did all Careers have to be so stuck-up? She closed her eyes, calming her spirit. Turning her eyes away, she began to dash down the aisle as fast as she could. She had always been built for speed and stamina, but never strength.

"Rulie!" she called. When she finally caught up to her, she grabbed her arm. She searched Rulie's eyes frantically. "Are you okay?" she said, reaching out her hand and wiping a single tear sliding down the girl's cheek. "It's okay..it's gonna be alright.." she crooned, opening her arms, offering her a hug.

Rulie was ushered into a room with all of the other tributes. She saw them and her knees began to tremble. She was the youngest there. She swallowed hard in search of a small dark corner to go hide in. "Anna?" She looked at the girl stunned. Then she snapped into the defencive "Shhh! We aren't suposed to know each other." She gave a fake greeting smile. She was reaped too?! Not my best friend from another district!

Jace was ushered into the room with all of the other tributes. He was tall and very well muscled so he stood to his full height and almost struted into the room. He was definatly intimadating to the younger smaller tributes; espically the girl from 11. easy kill, unless she has something good up her sleeve. he thought. Then he looked for the carrers to interact with.

Alou jolted awake when she heard Cecil's voice holler out. Quickly, she had to correct her balance lest she fall from the window, her balance temporary off from the sleep. Moving her feet to the ground swiftly, she stood up, wincing briefly as she forgot about her feet. Standing, she called out to Cecil. 'Already all set!' She snapped, adjusting her blouse. Walking back to her room though, she decided that now it was probably a good idea to wear shoes. However, she didn't want to hide the bangages she now wore. Wether is was taken as a sign of weakness or strength, it didn't matter. She could play both angles well. Grabbing a pear of moccasins from her room, she slid them onto her feet. The tops of the bandages still showed, but, her feet were comfortable. Turning, she went to look for Cecil. However, the sight outside of the window was amazing. Stopping, she watched the last of the bushes go bye, exposing the Capitol in all its glory. 'Oh my..' she whispered.

Blake looked at the other girl, Karen, before standing up and walking to a window. 'I think we should get changed. If I am right, that over there is the Capitol.' He said, pointing out the window to the sprawling city beginning to expand in front of them. Smiling at Karen good naturedly, he walked to his room, slipping on a pair of jeans and a nice mint green button up shirt. After putting on some comfortable dressy shoes, he went into the bathroon to fix his hair, before walking back out the dining car to watch the Capitol approach.

((What Districts need Mentors, I would be willing to play one if you want.))

"This room! It's the best thing I've ever seen!" She exclaimed, giggling. It seemed Grace might have lost her quiet edge for the time being. She quickly pulled her red hair back in a ponytail, still smiling. "You wouldn't want to live your final days here? I think it'd be awesome! Why doesn't District 9 have this technology?-" She puased, two words echoing in her head. Final. Days. Final Days. Grace frowned, voice quieting again. "I guess we have to go make friends, now..."

"District 9 is the hunting District; we don't need this kind of stuff. Even guns and TVs are rare back at home," Hershi shrugs, looking over to the younger girl. "Agreed. Josslyn wants us to make some allies. Let's steer clear of the Careers and look for some of the outlying tributes, okay?"

I looked around the room. There were several couches and a couple chairs. I glanced around, then walked over to an empty couch and sat down tentatively. I didn't make eye contact with anyone. Mostly, I kept my eyes cast downwards at my hands. I bit my lip slightly, nervous about the Games and the other tributes.
