Alou finally let herself rest, sitting back with a piece of dried beef in her hand, and a knife in the other. Her back was to one of the many boxes the Cornucopia housed. 'We leave tomorrow.' She said, taking another bite and chewing. 'We cannot stay here much longer, not with two or three of us, depending on Addy's results.' Speak of the devil, the wolf came trotting out of the trees a few moments later. A knife in her jaws, caked blood on her cheek, and no Braden with her. Alou sighed. 'Well, thats that. I am getting some sleep I guess.'

I nodded, handing him the knife. "Sure," I said. "Maybe I'll go back to the Cornucopia later and see what I can find..." I watched him for a moment, smiling softly.

'That sounds good. We just have to make sure the Careers are not hanging around.' He said, before hearing the cannon burst. Turning sharply, he looked around. 'Smoke, over there. Wonder what happened...' He murmured curious.

I frowned softly, turning to the smoke. Upon hearing the cannon, I instinctively moved closer to Blake's side, scared. I noticed what I was doing and bit my lip, moving away slightly. "Sorry," I murmured, looking down at the ground.

Jace nodded, and scooted over to her. He would sit awake all night. Addy had curled up next to Alou, and Jace took the other side. He wasn't going anywhere, not unless there was a oppurtunity to kill another tribute, possibly the two that took Adrian's life, not that they were dumb. He didn't listen to and protests that Alou might have as he lowed down next to her. He pulled out his knife and prepared for a long night.

Grant nodded slowly. "He is. I'm completely serious." He looked back down. I've gotta fnd some way out of it.

Cecil had a pretty good idea what Grant was thinking. "You can't get out of it, unless you don't care what they do to the person or people that you care about. I never had to do it because I'm a drunk; pretty but stupid. Not sure if the same would work for you, since it's looks you haven't had a drop of whiskey your whole life." He shrugs, taking a drink from his bottle of alcohol.

(Well I know that the games have started, Rulie and Anna are in an alliance and have fluke gene cat named Char. The careers (Jace Alou Adrian. and I don't know who else.) Went to go investigate smoke, (Fire lit by Rulie and Anna.) and they have a fluke gene wolf with them named Addy/Nameless. When the career's were investigating the smoke they found Rulie Anna and Char. They tried to flush them out by bringing the cat down. Alou lost her patience and had Jace light the tree they were in on fire. Once it was blazing Rulie and Anna were fleeing, but Rulie turned around to try and kill one of them. She jumped from a tree and killed Adrian with a knife in the back, piercing the lungs. Alou gave him the death blow, by sliding a knife between his ribs to end his suffering. Jace picked ALou and the dead Adrian up and carried them from the burning forest. Adrian's body was just picked up by a havercraft and Jace and Alou are at the cornucopia. Alou laied down to sleep, and Jace scooted over to sit next to her, and stay awake on guard all night. That' about all I know..)

The only protest Jace received was from the large wolf laying next to Alou, in between him and her. A soft growl rippled, but a half asleep Alou gently placed a hand on one of her ears. 'Guard Addy.' She whispered, before drifting off, her face buried in the grey fur.

Jace smiled faintly. He looked up into the sky, the digital sky, wondering what his mentor thought. I'm going to be a monster by the time this is over.. He wanted someone to tell him he was wrong, but who would? He wouldn't see the real sun, or sky, ever again. He knew he would never go home, unless he was cold and still in a wooden box. He shivered. he looked to Alou, and then looked away, keeping an eye on the four different sections, letting nothing go unnoticed, he took it all in. He pictured himself and Annabell in one of the trees in the spring section. He smiled to himself, knowin he would be with her again before this was over.
