Once again, you have stayed up past your bedtime due to reading a book or watching a movie or tv show. Just as you finish the last page/scene/episode, the clock strikes 11. As you reflect on your feelings about the ending, you ease into a deep sleep. Your dreams lead you through the series and just as the image of your favorite character pops into your mind, the clock strikes midnight.

An eerie glow surrounds you and a blue light appears. After only a few minutes, your room returns to its normal state. However, you will not return to normal ever again.

During the night, you were given the powers of your favorite character from your favorite series, which you just finished. WHen you wake up the next morning, you discover your new powers. But how will you hide them during your daily life? It is the summer, so there's no school, but you live in the small town (like, no stop lights at all and only a few stores and restaurants) of Woodville and see a lot of people every day. Will they accept you for the new you?

Everyone changed on the same night, though some powers take longer to discover for there are no physical clues to help guide them.

There is one main street with all the shops and businesses of the town. The businesses include: A hardware store, a grocery store, a clothing store, a post office, a barber shop, a bank, an italian restaurant, a seafood restaurant, and a buffet. The town itself is surrounded by woods and nowhere near any other town. Most everyone walks or bikes everywhere.

When we begin the RP, you will start with the morning where you wake up after receiving your power/mutation/gift. If it is obvious (as many probably are) then your character will react to that. If it is not obvious (say, they have the power of a magician and they seem normal to everyone including themselves at first) then they will go about daily life until they discover it. We will NOT start RPing until we have at least 8 characters so we have at least 4 users.

RULES

Roleplay Rules
1. Follow all of the rules of Tess and Nick.
2. No god-modding, powerplay, etc.
3. Only have a max of 2 charries.
4. Each post must be at least 6 sentences long, which is a small paragraph.
5. DO NOT join if you are not going to stay active.
6. DO NOT post over 5 pages without me. If you do, you will get a warning. After that, you will be kicked out.
7. Your charries may not be in love with each other.
8. Personally I think cussing is fine, but use *stars* for all the vowels.
9. Please try to keep genders near even.
10. Respect and listen to me and any mini-mods I MAY appoint. Do not ask to be one. I may not even appoint any. I probably won't.
11. No killing other charries without permission from their creator.
12. Proper grammar and spelling and the like.
13. If your form doesn't meet my expectations, I have the right to reject it. No second chances.
14. I have the right to kick you out at any time I deem necessary. Let's hope that doesn't happen.
15. Parents, shopkeepers, and the like are NPC, which means that anyone can play them.

Character Rules
1. Your characters must have some type of power or mutation.
2. Their power cannot be godly, like stopping time or mind-reading.
3. When your character gets their powers, they only change their looks if it is related to their new power- if the character just has long hair and the person doesn't, that doesn't change. If the character has 5 arms, then the person would gain 5 arms.
4. Characters from any shows, movie, or book are welcome. Live-action, cartoon, anime, etc.
5. Each character can only be used ONCE. The same book/movie/show can be used as many times as people want. But NO character repeats! If you have an issue with this, PM me and we MAY be able to work something out {like if you have identical twins and they get the same power or they split it or something}. If you just do this without previous notification, you will NOT be accepted.

Danika has many different personality 'types' rolled into one. Her main sides, however, are anger, sorrow, and joy, with everything else just kind of jumbled together. When her anger side shows, beware. She will stop at nothing to get what she wants and to defend her friends. If you are her enemy, prepare for pain Her sorrowful side is normally buried deep in her heart with her true emotions. If it ever surfaces, normally it is just a time for sobbing and remorse. Her joyful side is one of her best sides. She is very happy and loves to be with her friends and enjoy life. All her other emotions are more common, and these include boredom, fatigue, anxiety, and the like. She knows how to enjoy the simple things in life. She can be immature and rash at times, however.
History:
Danika has lived in Woodville all her life. She was born to her parents, Randy and Monica. Her brother, Derek, has always been there for her. Her house is backed right up against the woods, so she and her brother spent most of their days roaming the woods. Many days would be spent in their treehouse. Overall, their life was rather bland. Of course, that all changed after that one night...
Original Looks:
Danika has long brown hair that she wears in a braid with pink streaks throughout and purple tips. Her bangs cover her right eye and both her eyes are blue. She is short and skinny, but still pretty strong and fast. She has a jagged white scar running from her left temple to her right collar bone. On any normal days she can be found wearing a t-shirt, capris, converse, a leather wristband and a chain choker necklace. Now, due to her change, she wears long sleeves, gloves, and long pants.
New Looks:
The only change is that she now has a metal lef left from the knee down and an entire metal right arm. They are advanced prosthetics called automail.

Derek is a very sweet boy. He would do anything for anyone, just like his sister, and he is very protective of her. Most of the time he hangs with her and just enjoys life, but after the change he has worked hard to keep both of them safe from anyone that would want to harm them. Most days he is a happy boy and can talk to anyone. If his sister is angered, he normally follows suit, though he has better control. If she is upset, he is there to comfort her. Basically, he is meant to be there for her. He can keep his wits about him well and keep a cool head and control of himself.
History:

His true hair color is brown, but he decided to dye his when his sister dyed hers. He is average height and build and has stunning blue eyes. He normally wears skinny jeans, a leather wristband, a 'dress' shirt and a tie with some old tennis shoes, but after the change he has taken to wearing long sleeves, wristwarmers, and either shirts with tall necks or wrapping something around his neck.
New Looks:
Every square inch of his body is now tattooed with blue and red runes except his head/face, fingers, palms, toes and the soles of his feet. The tips of his hair are also white.

Haplo from The Death Gate Cycle (A book series)
Power/Mutation:
He now has Patryn Rune Magic. By simply speaking the runes and drawing them in the air as he does, he can conjure weapons from thin air, see through things, and replicate things he already has. The runes act as a natural shield, not letting attacks through to harm his skin. Only powerful magic can break his barrier.

Terry is soft-spoken and asks a lot of questions. She likes to read and play music, she also usually has problems with her emotions; sometimes they go unstable. She is sweet and caring but her emotions sometimes drive her along with her easy depression that she sometimes gains; telling herself she is worthless. She tries to be tough but this doesn't always work, but she is determined.
History:
Terry has moved from different places from time to time, but she stopped moving once she started to loose her sight. Once it was gone, by age 12, her parents refused to move again; no matter what. Terry eventually learned Braille and read a lot, since she couldn't do things she would normally do, like soccar. She also lsitened to music and ran from time to time. She enjoyed books and used them as her entertainment. She had really enjoyed Iggy from Maxium Ride, the series she was reading, since he too was blind.

Terry's hear is long and white, but sometimes turns a light shade of blue in the lighting sometimes. She has milk-white skin and his of average height. Her eyes are an amber colour. She usually wears sweaters over t-shirts and jeans, not long ones otherwise she may trip up. She also wears sneakers.

Personality:
Much like his favourite character, Amaterasu. He is outgoing and sometimes clueless. He can also be rather rash and pick a fight easily without thinking. He is really a nice person, and very caring, but he can get very stubborn and set in his ways. He never likes to show he's scared, even when he is, and likes to act as brave as he can. Other than his childish and stubborn side, he can be very mature, but only when he wants to be. He's a slight clumsy, making it harder for him to keep the old emotions in check, in which someone laughing at him and reacting by shouting. In conclusion, he's honestly a nice guy with minor issues and will try to be the best friend he can be.
History:
Rallen was born in Japan, where he studied English readings and the language. Soon he heard he was going to Woodville, at age 13, and was pretty excited to try out his English. One of his favorite makings was Okami, which happened to be in American stores. He was able to get it in Woodville and spiff up his English, now he doesn't have an accent or very little. He began to check out Okami again after learning the language by heart soon after.
Original Looks:
He used to have short brown hair and brown eyes, milk light skin, fairly tall for his age. He usually wore t-shirts and jeans with running shoes.
New Looks:
Rallen now has long white hair, red markings all over his torso and face, a wolf tail with a black tip, and white wolf ears on his head.

Amaterasu from Okami
Power/Mutation:
Basically, Ammy (aka Amaterasu) has a couple abilities, besides changing into a wolf. Rallen now can grow plants, move water, fix things up, cut through hard surfaces, make the sun and moon move, slow down time, crate wind, make snow, walk on walls and ceilings, create thunder, and make fire. Of course, he can't use all these powers like crazy, if he uses them to frequently, he'll pass out for two hours or loose his powers for three hours (shown by no markings), just like Amaterasu.
Other:
Other than his weakness. He has a flaming, jade battle mirror called a Reflector.
