Nodding, Skyla followed Lee to try and work out what exactly had happened. It was strange, really, on why the government simply blew up ships to silence them. After all, they created a lot of resources and jobs, which helped support the fleet. Humans were also known for sticking together. Well, at least, that's what the human preachers had taught the creatures. Skyla's mind switched back to when she was at school. The "Brave and Mighty Humans" as they had been told to call them came in, claiming on how brave they were, meeting a bunch of rowdy creatures in a school. They had preached on how the human race was mighty and powerful, and worked as a team. Well, to Skyla at least, the explosion didn't exactly look like teamwork. More like mutiny to the human race.
She followed Lee, flying up and trying to work out where it was coming from. She could faintly smell burning, and it seemed to be nearby. "Where do you think it's coming from?" she called out to her friend, who seemed to be contemplating something, such as a plan. Skyla wanted to assist in some way, but was worried in case she mucked it up. She had never been the brightest, and her plans only worked if it involved using her physical abilities. It seemed this time, though, that they wouldn't be enough, so she simply followed, hoping to work out something.

Watching out of the window as debris fell from the sky, Sam began thinking about it. Seemed like a government plan to silence the humans. The new state wasn't exactly good, and needed to be stopped. Which would mean that she needed to do something. I've been in the Army, but maybe I could lead one... she thought to herself, hugging the thought. She liked being in charge, as it made her feel somewhat powerful compared to her Army days.
Those Army days.
Her mind suddenly switched back, as she didn't even want to go there. After all, it was a sort of dark secret that she kept hidden. If anybody found out about it, she would be seriously annoyed. The only problem, though, with her plan, is that she needed people to help her. It wasn't something she could do by herself.
Her eyes caught the sight of Skyla and Lee, who were flying off. Maybe she could ask them to help, since they seemed agile enough. They wouldn't be enough, though. Looking round the cafe, she tried to find people she knew. There was only Dylan, who would be as much help as a mosquito, and that automaton she had just met. It was worth giving it a shot, though. She ran up to the Anlut, practically pulling him out of his seat.
"How about an adventure, Dyls?" she said. "C'mon."
"Get off me, Samantha!" he growled, but she wasn't listening, and grabbed him to the arm and led him up to Andy.
"Hey. I know this might seem really weird, but could you help me in something?" she asked, trying to sound as sweet as possible whilst shooting glances at Dylan, who was sulking. "It's kinda important."
