Kanji woke up. Reaping Day. She groaned. She got up and got into the shower. Got out and brushed her mane of doom. Kanji looked on her closet. She picked out her outfit, a short, black strapless dress with a white ribbon tied around it. She skipped into the kitchen grabbing a loaf of bread and butter. Kanji threw open the door and raced to her best friend Basilisk's house. She banged on his door...no answer. She barged in.
"BASILISK! GET YOU FAT BUTT OUT HERE. WERE GOING TO BE LATE!" He stumbled out of his room, his hair in a mess, still wrapped in his blanket.
"Wha- Kanji?" She jumped on Bas brushing his hair. "Oy! Gerroff me!" He growled. Kanji grinned and told him to get dressed right now. They set out to watch the Reaping. He held her hand the whole way there.

Cody who just gotten out of his house, before his brother did. He sigh, another year of the reaping, now the whole video and the blood checking. It's starting to get annoying now. Once he started heading out over to wherever the reaping of set his brother got out, well "twin" brother. Though he looked better looking than Cody, the difference is that Mark, his brother. Had blue eyes and black hair. Looking over to Cody was just...odd.

[Awkwardly Awkward]

Andrea woke up and stretched. "Reaping day." She grinned. Being a career, she's been looking forward to it forever. She's been trained for years for this. She walked out of her room and saw her mother. "Good morning." Andrea said, walking to her mother.

"You need to pick your outfit. You know it's reaping day." Her mother smiled.

"Yes mother." She sighed. She walked to her room and picked out a simple yellow dress.

Riley had already been awake for several hours. She sat on her bed watching the sun rise from her glass-less window, the cool morning breeze blowing through and welcoming her to the new day. It was Reaping Day. A sigh escaped her before she could stop it as her mother impatiently tapped on her bedroom door. She shouted that she was up and getting ready but she still didn't move for the longest time. Eventually, though, she got up and opened her door, only to find a blue sundress had been hung on the other side. Fighting the scowl that threatened to claim her face -- she hated dresses -- she grabbed the garment and quickly changed into it, ignoring the shoes that accompanied it and walking out in merely her bare feet.

[Awkwardly Awkward]

Andrea slipped on her yellow sundress and a pair of white flats to go with it. She put a flower clip in her hair, another luxury from Capitol, and left it in it's curly, frizzed state. She smiled at herself in the mirror and walked outside. She smiled at the crew setting up the stage and had a good feeling about the Reaping.

[Freedom~Tonight]

Rulie rolled out of bed with a grown. Reaping day. She stood and grabbed a brush from a small chair She combed out her hair and braided it down the middle and pulled it to the left side. She walked to her closet and pulled out a small green gown, her mother had made it for her on reaping days. Today was her first reaping, and she figured she would be fine.
Her brothers had never been picked, why should she? They were all older than her, and no where near as lucky. (according to her father.) She smiled and slipped on a pair of worn daisy yellow slippers and headed to the small kitchen. "Good morning mother." She frowned as she drearly walked in. Her mother looked up, wearing a black dress with a light yellow sash, "Good morning Rulie." She kissed her forehead.
Rulie looked at the fresh berries on the table. "Where did you get these!?" Rulie popped one into her mouth. "Your father found them, don't tell anyone." she smiled, "you look lovely."
