"You don't get it. I haven't had anyone love me in a long time." Jaxon told her.

Randy smiled slightly. "So it's new for you. That's alright. So is this whole girlfriend thing for me. I don't think I'd go stay in the hospital for anyone else. That doesn't mean it's a bad thing."

"Randy, I'll have to think about it." Jaxon ddecided. He wasn't sure if he wanted to meet her father.

Randy sighed. "Alright. Whatever." She moved back a bit on Jax's bed, slightly farther away from him. "Are you feeling alright?"

"I'm fine." Jaxon lied smoothly. He flashed her a smile but noticed how she moved farther away from him.

Randy shook her head. "Whatever." She got off his bed and settled down back in her chair. However, she smiled at him.

Jaxon couldn't figure out why she was acting like this, "Randy, what's wrong? Did I do something?" he asked her.

Randy smiled and shook her head. "Nothing." She got up and sat back down on his bed. "It's fine."

"No it's not. Something is wrong. Just tell me." Jaxon insisted.

Randy was silent for a moment, considering whether or not she should tell him what she was thinking. She decided it was better to tell him what she thought. "Jax, if you think we're getting too serious, you can tell me. It's fine." In all honesty, she probably wouldn't be fine with it, but she knew she needed to put on a happy face.
