Alana smiled and climbed in to Alec's arms and gave him a soft kiss on the lips. "She's fine Alec, don't worry. And anyway, if there was something wrong, I would be there to help." she reassured him.

Randy frowned and shook her head. "Fine. Forget it." She was about to walk out his door, but first she took off the necklace. "Here. I don't want it anymore." She turned, putting her hand on the knob, and pulled open the door. She decided to tell Jax the truth about something first, even though he was refusing to tell her. "My dad wants me to switch schools. Go to school somewhere closer to him. I was considering it. And if I have nothing to stay for, I'll leave. If you decided you want me to stay, I think I'm leaving tomorrow afternoon. Bye." With that, she turned and headed out the door, tears spilling from her eyes for the first time in five years, and ran to her room.

Jaxon sighed as he looked down at the necklace in his hand. Him and his brother were the same. He should be setting an example for Karver. He should be doing this right. Instead he goes and does the same thing Karver did with Lindsey. He turned and walked down the hall. He had to tell Randy the truth. She deserved at least that. He wanted her to stay because he did love her. He just didn't think he deserved her.

Randy sat on her bed. She was done crying, but her eyes were still kind of red. She wasn't doing anything. Just sitting on her bed, knees pulled into her chest. She had decided to not call her dad and tell him to pull her out of Oakland yet. She wanted to stay, yet a part of her also wanted to go. She wanted to run away from her problems.

Jaxon knocked softly on her door. He sighed and looked at the necklace again. He hoped that she still loved him. He wanted her back but didn't want her to have to deal with his problems.

Randy heard the knock at her door. She opened the door, and there stood Jax. "Hello. Come in," she said, her voice lacking any emotion. She went and sat down on her bed. "What's up?"

"i figured you had the right to know." Jax told her. He sighed and closed his eyes for a moment before starting into his story, "I should have told you this when it happened. I cheated on you with Ashley. She is now expecting. I hate myself for doing it and I don't deserve you. I wanted to give you a chance to get a guy that was better than me. That could take care of you." He sighed when he was finished and turned to go.

Randy sighed. "How far along is she?" She needed to know so she could go into crisis control mode. She looked up at Jax, her voice softening slightly. "You think I don't know that I deserve better? Someone who actually cares enough not to hurt me? I do. But for some inexplicable reason, I still want you." She sighed. It was the truth.

Jax cringed inwardly. He did care about her. More than he could ever show her. He just had this thing about pushing people away from him, "I have no idea. I think that she isn't keeping it though. I haven't really talked to her since she told me." His blue eyes were filled with hurt and he hated hearing her say those words which he knew were true.

Randy sighed and put her head in her hands. "Tell me the truth Jax. Do you really want to break up with me, or are you just trying to push me away?" She looked him in the eyes, letting him know she needed the truth.
