Mr Turner frowned, "Come in Jaxon, take a seat." he walked out from desk and held out a piece of paper and handed it to Jaxon. "I want you to right an essay about why rules shouldn't be broken and what the consequences can be."

Ally looked up and rolled her eyes. Typical. Mr Turner would always make you right a huge essay about something when you were late. She sighed and looked back down at her papers.

Rosalind was sitting in the front of the classroom. She was one of the first people there. Better half an hour early than 5 minutes late, as she liked to say. Her platinum blond hair was tied back in a tight ponytail and her jade green eyes stared at the front of the room as all the other students walked in. She waited patiently for class to start.

Jaxon took a seat next to Alana. He probably wouldn't do the essay either. Writing wasn't his strong point. He smiled at Alana and sat back in his chair. He tuned out Mr. Turner for the rest of the class. Soon, from the lack of sleep, he had fallen asleep.

Mr Turner walked back over to the black board. "Now today weare going to learn about Grammar." he began writing down long sentences on the board with his piece of chalk. "Now i want everyone to write out these sentences and put in all the punctuation."

Alana smiled at Jaxon before turning around and looking at the board. he let out a small sigh when Mr Turner told them what to do. She picked up her pen and began writing. She saw Jaxon and gently poked him with her pencil to try and wake him up.

Jaxon woke up and looked at Alana. He could care less if he got the assignment done. He opened his notebook and grabbed a pencil from his backpack. He wrote the sentences down and then added the needed punctuation. He put his pencil down and crossed his arms over his desk.

Rosalind copied down all the sentences. She put in all the punctuation correctly. It was quite easy for her and was hoping for something harder. She finished quickly and put her pencil down. Rose then stared attentively at the board.

Alana jotted down the sentences and put in the missing punctuation. She put down her pencil and waited for the next task. She glanced out the window and watched the birds fly in the tree.

Mr Turner stood up, "Now everyone should be finished. I would like a raise of hands for someone to come out and fill in the punctuation in one sentence." he walked out from behind his desk and waited.

Jaxon avoided Mr. Turners question and looked down at his desk. He hated doing things on the boar. He looked over at Alana encouragingly hoping she would raise her hand.

Rosalind's hand shot up after Mr. Turner asked for someone to fill in the correct punctuation. She was a good student and knew that her answers were correct.
