Clover jumped. "Oh...h-hi!" She said, startled.

Melanie sat down next to Clover and looked at the person she was sitting with. He was tall, and a little attractive, but she put that thought aside. Again, she may end up having to kill this boy. She was glad to be distracted by the arrival of a new person, Jewl. "Hi. I'm Melanie, and this is Clover. And I still haven't gotten your name." Melanie said, glancing at Jason.

"Jason." He said, looking at Mel. He looked over at Jewl.

Clover stared down at her plate, her face flushing bright red. WHY did her brother have to be there right now??

Melanie saw Clover's embarrassment, and then looked over at Jason again. Now she could see it! "You're brother and sister, aren't you?"

Sighing, Jackie leaned on her left leg. It was only her second reaping, but these things get old, fast. It took too long for the woman to get on stage in her bouncy mint green ball gown dress to choose a name from the crystal balls full of the childrens names from her district. She looked over at her sister Kat, it was her first and she was looking more scared then ever. "Come on, you'll live, if not, I'm sure death is better than this dump." Jackie murmered to her. Touching her necklace, Jackie stood on her tiptoes to watch the women speak into the microphone. "Welcome to the 100th Annual Hunger Games! Lets get to it! Ladies first!" Reaching down in the bowl she spun the names around and picked out a single white slip. "Kat Crouch!" In shock, Jackie stood still as her younger sister walked to the stage. "Hey!" Jackie called after the woman. "I'll take her place!" She shouted. The woman smiled. "Good, come on up!" Instead, she walked over to the peacekeepers and told them to take her to the visiting room.
Upon arriving, her family came in, weeping. "Mom, you, just cry. Dad, Mitch, do what you always do. Sis, I have no idea what you do. Kat, Kat!" She yelled waving her hand in her youngers sisters vision field. " Tell that weird peacekeeper guy my name. He will help get a little bit of grain from our production."
Afterwards was just a rush, she didn't care about the other tribute and upon getting on the train she crashed in to her door.
"I hate this door already." She mumbled. Then she hopped in and looked for markers.

Iris stood by the window. With a sigh, she put her finger on the cold glass of the train. Iris abruptly stepped away from the window and quickly walked over to the door labeled, 'Bathroom'. She stepped inside and walked over to the full sized mirror. Glancing around, Iris snatched up a pony tail and put her hair up in a loose bun. At least this way, it looked like she hadn't been lying around crying all afternoon. It looked like she had at least tried to clean herself up for the games.

Alex walked out of his large bathroom and explored the rest of his cabin. There were a few rooms in his suite alone. The bedroom, the closet, the bathroom and the corridor. With a sigh, Alex ran his fingers through his hair and walked over to the closet. He pulled out a blue and white pollo shirt and a pair of dark wash jeans. Slipping into them, he left his reaping clothes on the floor in front of the closet. Alex opened up his cabin door and walked around the many compartments of the train. He found the dining compartment and headed inside. With a large grin, Alex grabbed a plate and loaded it high with rich foods from all over Panem. He seated himself at the large table and dug in.

Melia sat in her empty cabin. She quickly re-did the braid her mother had made in the morning. While she braided her hair, she thought about what had happened this morning. It was her first reaping, and the unthinkable had happened. She had been pulled. It was impossible. Her one name, amongst thousands of others. Melia shook her head and sat down on her down feathered bed.

Melanie watched as another boy sat down and started eating the rich Capitol food. She slid down a bit, being on the opposite side of the table. This boy was the other from her district. "Hi Alex." She said, somewhat softly.
