Hayden watched as the girl did nothing from his smile. She didn't smile or blush or giggle. She was touch and not giddy like the others. He wanted to talk to her and get to know her more before they get in the arena. He followed the peacekeepers into the Justice Building for final goodbyes.

Hayden walked beside Alyssa. They walked together until they were put into seperate rooms. The room had a couch and a couple chairs. Hayden sat in a chair and waited for his family.

Alyssa was put into a room with violet velvet couches and chairs and even the walls and carpet were purple she sits on the couch and waits for her parents to come in the room her fingertips ran over the soft velvet

Hayden looks at the room. It wasn't his choice of color. Purple? Why purple? He was deep in thought when his father and little sister walked in. His father sat on the couch silently but Jess ran and jumped in Hayden's lap. She started crying in his shirt because he was leaving so he hugged her. He hugged her tightly and wouldn't let go. Tears swealled in his eyes and he loked up at his dad. "Please take care of her dad." His father just shrugged. This angered Hayden. "Please! I will not be here for a while! I don't want her gone when I come back!" His father gave him a face that said it all. He didn't believe Hayden would come back. "I must work son." His father finally said. "I have no time to look after her. That was your mother's job." Hayden wanted to punch his father. "Get out!" He ordered his father. His father chuckled lightly then got up and left. Hayden spent the rest of the time hugging his sister before the Peacemakers came to get her. He kissed her head lovingly. "I'll be home before you know it." That was his last promise to her before she disappeared.

Alyssa saw the door swing open and saw her mother and father walk in her mother was sobbing "Why does it have to be you " she chocked on her words.Alyssa held back her tears "I'll make it for you guys and the new baby..." she says as she places a hand on her mother's belly.her father crossed the room and hugged her tightly he gave her a pin with a mockingjay in the center of it "It's beautiful she complimented as the peacekeepers came to escort them.

No one else came to see Hayden. He had no friends, no girlfriend. His life revolved around Jess. Feeding Jess, clothing Jess. How could he make time for all the other stuff? The Peacemakers came in to retreive him.
