Jason's ears flickered up when he heard the subtle grumbling noise of Kai's stomach, slowly moving up into a sitting position. He sighed softly under his breath and then laid a gentle hand on Kai's shoulder, staring at the girl with kind and comforting eyes. "Come on," Jason said with a slight grin, swinging his legs over the side of the bed. "We still have some food left..." he said reassuringly, smiling down warmly at Kai.

Jasper blushed wildly, staring up at the thick leaves above his head. He let out a content and happy sigh and then draped one arm around Melanie, resting his hand gently on the girl's back.

Mel grinned from ear to ear, and smiled happily, nuzzling his shoulder slightly, and letting her head rest on it. Soon enouhg, she'd fallen asleep, but she looked awake, breathing and still smiling softly.

Kai frowned. "I'll be okay." She signed, but her stomach growled again, making her uncomfortable. "Okay. You win. Let's eat." She signed with a slight sigh, but knew she had to eat... or else she'd die.

Jasper was stiff and nervous, but he couldn't really determine why he was reacting so uneasily to Melanie's touch. He let out a slight sigh under his breath and then gently stroked Melanie's back, slowly caressing his hand along the girls spine.

Jason smiled slightly and then held out his hand for Kai, his eyes glimmering with a triumphantly smug look.

Kai sighed, rolling her eyes at him, and taking his hand, wondering if he'd let her walk instead of carry her. "You must be building some muscle from carrying me all the time, right?" She signed with her freehand a bit slowly for him since it was a long sentence.

Jason smiled down at Kai and then nodded slowly, tensing his free arm and making his muscles pump up to an extraordinary size. He chuckled under his breath and then gently ran his thumb across the back of Kai's hand, smiling warmly at his fiance.

Her eyes widened at his muscle, and glanced up at him, wide-eyed. "Wow." She mouthed, tensing her muscles, barely raising a centimeter with what little muscle she had. "Arm restle!" She signed, giving him a quizzical and challenging look.

Quin bit into her lower lip and then leaned back in her seat, watching Luke intently. She rubbed the back of her neck slightly and then turned her gaze down to the salad sitting in front of her, eyeing the lettuce uneasily.

Jason burst out into laughter and then slowly moved his right arm into position, ready to arm wrestle Kai.

She grinned, and clasped her hand to his, and started pushing, straining with effort.

Jason tried his best to hold in a chuckle, but instead it came forth in a devilish grin. He weakened his arm, allowing Kai to push it backwards and he grinned widely at Kai, his smug look made him look like he was actually trying to beat Kai.
