She smiled lightly, and hugged him back, and pulled away to sign to him. "I want." and stopped, thinking of how to say what she wanted. "I want..." She couldn' sign it. She didn't know how. "I want to talk to you say I love you again" she signed, even though it made little sense. "I miss you." Was her finally signing, and she smiled gently at him, kissing him for a long moment before pulling away.

[Jump.Jump.Fall.]

Jason's cheeks flushed a bright shade of red, his eyes widening slightly when Kai kissed him. He put on a dorky grin, staring sheepishly at Kai, and then he let out a content sigh. Jason carefully grabbed onto Kai's hands, and then he leaned towards her and kissed her forehead very gently.

She gave into his kiss, and smiled back too, purring strongly, and closing her eyes, all expression leaving her face except for a small, pleased smile. She wanted to sign that sh loved him, but with him holding her wrists, she didn't dare move. She mouthed with her eyes closed, "I love you." Trying to speak, but yet again, only air. She frowned again with an airy whimper, and turned her head away from him so that she could think for a minute without being kissed. She signed, "I love you" but her signs seemed slurred about from sleepiness. "I want you with me. At my side always." She signed with a smile, but kept on thinking, soon, falling asleep.

Jason smiled slightly and then let out a content sigh under his breath, knowing that Kai had fallen asleep. He kissed Kai gently on the cheek and then laid down beside her, also trying to fall asleep.

Her sleep came in short bursts, and she woke up a few minutes later, and noticed she was huddled so close to him, that she could feel his breath. She wrapped her arms around him, and tugged him closer so that he was n't on the edge, and placed her hand on the base of his jaw, trying to get him to rest a little longer, and played her rhythimic, purred lullaby for him.

Jason's eyelids fluttered open for a brief moment, but then slowly slid back shut. He yawned widely, but showed no further signs that he was awaking from his slumber.

She smiled, happy that she had succeeded, and stood up, headed out the door, and leaving a note that said,
"Going to find Jasper. Be back soon. XOXOXO- Kai."
She took the note pad with her, and slipped on her jacket, walking out, and trekking back to the hideout where Mel and him were. She walked in, and looked over at them, Mel had gone to the store, and Jasper was still in bed.
She shook him gently. "Wake up." She breathed.

[Jump.Jump.Fall.]

Jasper felt someone rock him and then his eyes shot open, leaping up to his feet in a furry blur. He hissed, his ears pressing back against his head as he growled at the person who had woken him. Jasper saw that it was Kai who had awoken him and instantly calmed, letting out a slight sigh of relief under his breath. "Jeez, kid!" he said and then sat down, tucking his bushy tail up close to him. "You scared the H*** out of me..." Jasper whispered softly, looking around for Melanie.

"Sorry." She mouthed. She wrote down, knowing he didn't know sign language, "Are you doing alright? Have you kissed her yet?" She grinned sheepishly, and wrote down at the bottom. "I can't talk."
