She flipped off and landed in the water, laughing. Kai smiled, her ears pricked up. She was having a good time.

"hey!" Mayda protested and shook out her wet wings, " i thought cat's didn't like the water!"

((skipping ahead, if you don't mind! XD))
Maya laughed coming out of the woods on the fringe of the clearing by the waterfall, " that is such a stereotype!"

She smiled. "I'm not a CAT! I'm a LYNX!"

Troy laughed as well and out down Trixy, Trixy started to bark at Mayda and then she drank from the waterfall. Troy ran up and climbed up some rocks until he was really high up, then he walked over so he was at the waterfall and then yelled "CANNON BALL!!!" as he jumped into the big lake below, and since he did a cannon ball from so high up there was an Enormous wave and splash. everyone got wet even Trixy, Troy came out of the water dripping wet with a fish in his mouth.

My eyes flicker open and I looked around. 'Where the heck am I?!' is the first thought that comes to my mind. I sit up and rub my eyes. I blink a few times and my vision becomes clear. Suddenly, I'm aware that my head is hurting like mad. I rub the back of my head and feel a raised bump. But that's not all I feel. On the top of my head, are two furry animal ears. I grab them and let out a silent scream. As I squeeze them, I notice that there is a fuzzy thing touching my back. I twirl around and see nothing. But the feeling is still there. I look behind myself and see a puffy tail attached to my rear. I feel my face go cold, as if all life had been drained from my head. I slowly release the grip on my new found ears and touch my tail. It flickers back, as if it had a mind of it's own. I quickly draw my hands back, staring down at my tail. I begin to shake uncontrollably, thinking this to just be a terrible nightmare. I draw my legs out from under me and stand up. My legs shake and then begin to give way. I reach out and grab the nearest thing to me. A tree branch. I pant from exhaustion, not knowing why I am so weak. I look up and see that I am surrounded by tall trees. I'm in the woods. 'How in the world did I get here?!' I wonder, leaning on the tree.

Mayda cocked her head to the side, " isn't that a type of cat?" she asked, then she let out a shrill scream as she got wet, " hey!"

Maya laughed and shook herself like an animal would, but making sure only Troy was in striking range, "look he's already bringing home the bread- i mean fish!" she jibed sarcastically, she started to crack up at her own joke and went to give him a hug, but took a whiff of the fish and backed off.

"I guess you could call me a c at." She sam to the edge, and shook herself off.

Mayda jumped out of the way of the shaking water, not wanting to get wet again, " so i can call you a kitty cat?" she asked in her i'm-such-an-angel-because-i'm-a-cute-little-girl tone of voice.
