Kagome rolled her eyes. "That's what you get for destroying the tree! In my time, all we have is one tree in the whole city!" She said, turning back to Sakiro. "I'm glad that Kaede put them on him for me."

Kirara's head whipped around, sniffing. She sighed and transformed again, hissing.

Rin covered her face with her hands.

Sakiro nodded, amusement in her eyes. She glanced at Kirara as she transformed again.

Anya snarled and stalked towards the wolf. She bore her long canines, the fur not only along her shoulders but also on her spine rising. Her eyes widened as she snarled again.

Kagome drew an arrow and knocked it. "Where?"
