Starscream moved swiftly through a maze of thunderclouds. He looked below him at Thrust and knew that he needed to get down. Now. He sighed and his engine shut off. The jet dropped straight downwards, about to hit the ground. He quickly turned on his engine as he neared the ground and blasted forward,barely touching the earth. He looked up. It was beginning to rain."Ugh! This is horrible." Starscream growled and panned up a bit, coming up beside Thrust.

Thrust would have rolled his optics."Let's see how fast you can go!"The mech fired his turbines and shot forward,leaving the SIC behind.

Starscream chuckled. "If it is a race you want," His own turbines fired up. "It is a race you shall get!!" He said, blasting after Thrust. The mech was quickly gaining on him as Starscream accelerated.

Starscream did another spiral, coming up beside Thrust. "If you believe you are better at flying, you are wrong!" He said. "Let's take this race to the next level!" The jet slanted upwards, heading into the thickening dark clouds. He vanished among the pitch black clouds, his shadow showing on them as lightning cracked and flashed across the sky.

“Sorry.Don't want to get eletrucuted!”Thrust laughed.The mech straightened out.“By the way.I don't think Arcee would like you being offline.”He smiled inward,twisting around to fly upside down.

"Alright, if you wish... But you have to admit that I am the better and faster jet!!" He said, dipping under a stretch of clouds. He swerved around a streak of lightning, sighing as he barely missed getting struck.

Starscream laughed, pleased that Thrust had accepted his challenge. He scanned the surrounding clouds before veering off to the right, vanishing into the darkness. He sped up a bit, keeping Thrust in his sight. The Second in Command was planning on cutting him off once he was close enough.
