Velvet blinked and gently picked up a sabre. She span around on one foot and cut a dummies head off "yes, yes I can!" she said proudly

Hiro smiled "Nice! We would make a great team ya know"

Velvet smiled "yeah! You can join me and Julie!" she replied happily "she's from district 10, and she's my age" she tried to tell him about her ally

Hiro nodded "Cool! The more the merrier"

"great!" velvet said "Julie can also use guns!" she twirled around with her sabre again, cutting off a dummies arm

History-
Amanda was born into a fairly wealthy family with parents that hold two very good jobs in the District. They sometimes go hungry for a night, but they are much better off than some families and people that live in their District. Amanda sees poverty and pain, but has never really experienced it herself.
Personality-
She is humble and reserved, but is a little hotheaded and has quite the temper if you anger her. She is sensitive, and doesn't see the point in jokes a lot of the time. If she hates something, than she hates it passionately, and if she likes something, than she definiately likes something. There is no fine line between things she likes and doesn't like.
